If you have ever been walking though Epcot on your way around the World Showcase and as you walked by or even stopped in Innoventions you probably noticed this sign above right next to the Character Meet & Greet. No its not some special Disney Club like Club 33. I

Oldies But Goodies – Don’t Pass Up Epcot’s United States Pavilion
The United States Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase is one of the most under appreciated attractions there. Because most of Walt Disney World’s visitors are Americans, most of their World Showcase time is spent in the pavilions that are a bit more exotic. Because of the way we Oldies are;
My Fab Five Epcot Attractions
Here we go with my Fab Five attractions at Epcot. Once again I’ll do them in reverse order so we get to the most favorite last. Down the road a bit I’ll explore Fab Fives at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Some of the Epcot favorites are not

The heroes of “Toy Story 3” have left the toy box. The popular Disney•Pixar characters hit
Oldies But Goodies…Date Night For Oldies
If you visit Walt Disney World as an Oldies couple, then every night is date night. More often than not though, we as Oldies, travel with an extended family group. One thing you can almost bet on is that your children will ask you to watch their children (your grandchildren
Best Things I Love About Disney World: Epcot Holiday Storytellers
One of the most special Holiday events at Disney World is one that is perhaps not as well-known as the other Christmas events: Epcot’s Holidays Around the World Storytellers. But if you are visiting Walt Disney World in the next month, plan to take some time to visit World Showcase and stop by to see a few of the Storytellers if you can. You’ll be in for a treat if you do.
Oldies But Goodies…More Than Buses Part 2
Boats! Boats! Boats! In Part 1 I covered almost every alternative form of Walt Disney World transportation except my favorite and a favorite of a lot of my fellow Oldies – BOATS!!! You might be surprised by just how much boat transportation there is at Walt Disney World. Three of
Yummy Heirlooms from the United States Marketplace at Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival
Heirloom Tomatoes with Oregon Blue Cheese and Red Onions from United States Marketplace at Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival Normally I skip the United States marketplace when traveling around the World Showcase in search of new items to try. However, every time I walked pasted the United States marketplace
15th Annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Continues Through Nov. 14
Food and wine aficionados – and music fans who like to “eat to the beat” – have two weeks at the beginning of November to get their fill of “delicious discoveries” before the 15th annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival comes to a close on Nov. 14. Tapas-sized portions
Best Things I Love About Disney…Morocco Pavilion
The Morocco Pavilion seems to attract less attention than a lot of the others. It’s a shame because it is one of the most intricate and beautiful pavilions in all of the World Showcase. Also, the United States has a very long history with the country of Morocco in that
Best Things I Love About Disney…Victoria Gardens
There is something of exceptional beauty that a lot of visitors seem to miss on their visits. That item is called Victoria Gardens and it is located at the Canada Pavilion in the Epcot World Showcase. As the plaque pictured above states the gardens are inspired by Butchart Gardens in
Disney World Guests Welcomes New Waterfront Restaurant in Epcot Mexico Pavilion
With all the color and cuisine that helps define Mexico, La Hacienda de San Angel and La Cantina de San Angel – two restaurants under one roof – have opened at the Epcot Mexico pavilion. Overlooking World Showcase Lagoon, the lakeside house, or La Hacienda, is a 250-seat table-service restaurant,
Disney Food Confession – Sample Foods from Around the World
Today’s food Confession is more of a reminder that the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is coming Oct. 1-Nov. 14, 2010. The six-week outdoor festival at Disney’s Epcot theme park serves up authentic cuisine; wine, beer and spirits; entertainment; and cultural exhibits of more than 25 international regions. Exotic marketplaces
Checking Out the Segway: A Whole Different Kind of Disney Fun
You see them zipping here and there at Disney: castmembers on 2-wheel contraptions that look like a space-age cross between a bike and a scooter. Efficient, “green”, and a whole lotta fun, they are, of course, Segways. I finally had a chance to ride one on our last visit to Disney World….and am here to say that it was way fun!
