Star Wars ‘The Mandalorian‘ to Feature Tatooine in Season 2. As with the launch of the series, Lucasfilm and Disney have been very hush-hush about the content that will be featured in season 2 of The Mandalorian. This week, the studios released the first images from the upcoming season, and it seems at least one of the photos features a unique character, giving insight into where a portion of the story will take place.
The images were shared by the verified social media accounts for The Mandalorian series, along with the caption” New adventures await… Check out the new images from the second season of [The Mandalorian] as seen in [Entertainment Weekly]. New episodes start streaming Oct. 30 on [Disney+].”

It may not seem like much to go off at first, but keen eyes can see that a Tusken Raider along with it’s Bantha are featured in one of the final images, hinting that Din Djarin (Mando), The Child, and possibly Cara Dune and Greef Karga, will be visiting the Tusken Raider home planet of Tatooine at some point in the new season.
It is currently unknown what other planets will be featured in the series, but we can’t wait to see what adventures are in store! Have you noticed any key details in the early images? We would love to hear your thoughts in the comments. Be sure to check back here at Chip and Co. for updates on The Mandalorian and all things Star Wars!
