Disney World Changing Hotel Cancellation Policy in 2025
2025 Walt Disney World vacation packages opened for booking today! Along with some new perks for guests, Disney has also updated its hotel cancellation policy.
As of now, room-only reservations can be canceled without penalty up to five days prior to arrival. However, starting in 2025, guests will need to cancel their reservations at least eight days before arrival to avoid forfeiting their deposit, equivalent to one night’s cost.
The cancellation policy for vacation packages, comprising both hotel rooms and park tickets, remains unchanged. Guests have the option to cancel the entire package up to 30 days before their scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations made between two to 29 days before arrival will incur a $200 fee. However, canceling on the day before or on the day of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire package cost.

Food & Drink Guide to Disneyland Hotel at Disneyland Paris
The Disneyland Hotel at Disneyland Paris recently reopened after undergoing an extensive refurbishment. The refurbishment transformed many aspects of the hotel, including the food! There are three dining locations at the hotel that have new items gracing the menus, and we’re taking a look at it all.
The Royal Banquet is an all-you-care-to-enjoy location filled with plenty of mouthwatering delights fit for royalty. This character dining location is available for both lunch and dinner and even features Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and some of their friends wearing their best royal attire. Here at the hotel, youโll also find the magnificent La Table de Lumiรจre. This fine-dining restaurant showcases exquisite French cuisine set within a stunning environment inspired by the Hall of Mirrors. Diners will also be greeted by some Disney Princesses and their Princes.

All-New Groot Topiary Debuts in EPCOT for 2024 Flower & Garden Festival
As the gentle spring breezes sweep across Walt Disney World, the enchanting EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. returns, captivating guests for 90 breathtaking days. This spectacular event showcases the resort’s natural beauty with stunning displays of vibrant blooms, intricately crafted topiaries that celebrate nature’s wonders, and engaging musical acts that inspire audiences to join in the harmony. The festival also features interactive elements, immersing guests in the heart of this mesmerizing celebration of the wonders of spring.
Once again, Disney horticulture cast members have created a spectacular array of topiaries featuring myriad Disney characters, seasonal displays and whimsical items. Debuting this year, Groot takes root in EPCOT! The โflora colossusโ from the โGuardians of the Galaxyโ trilogy will appear near the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind attraction in World Discovery. In the spirit of season one of the Disney+ โI Am Grootโ series, Groot is trying his hand at creating his own topiary. Observant guests may spy an homage to the horticulture team on the mix tape that Groot is hoisting in the air.ย

To participate, guests select five dishes from specified menu items โ all listed in the Festival Passport. Upon purchase, guests receive a stamp in their passport. When they collect five stamps, they can bring their passport back to Pineapple Promenade for a special treat. Because the Garden Graze can be completed at guestsโ leisure over multiple visits, they can redeem their completed passport anytime during the festival.ย
Interactive Elements Beckon Discovery and Play
The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is the perfect place for interactive fun, especially for families with little ones.
At this yearโs festival, the whole family can join in the fun with two seasonal scavenger hunts. Throughout the festival, follow Spike the Bee on his pollination trail where he is โbuzzingโ to collect nectar from all the beautiful gardens with Spikeโs Pollination Exploration.
