New Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Merchandise Coming for the Grand Opening
Get ready to celebrate Tiana’s Bayou Adventure with brand-new merchandise! Walt Disney World has announced that The Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A. will be the first stop for guests looking for magical keepsakes inspired by the upcoming attraction.
Starting June 28, you can find the collections for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and “The Princess and the Frog”-inspired merchandise at the Emporium at Magic Kingdom. And, shortly after the attraction debuts, the merchandise will hop over to Critter Co-Op in Frontierland.
Starting June 28th, guests visiting Magic Kingdom can head to The Emporium to discover a collection of merchandise themed around Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and Disney’s beloved film “The Princess and the Frog.”
While Disney has yet to reveal the specific items that will be available, you can expect to find a delightful assortment of apparel, souvenirs, and keepsakes that will let you take a piece of the bayou magic home with you!
This June, Walt Disney World is serving up a special treat exclusively for Annual Passholders—a first look at the eagerly awaited Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, opening its gates for previews ahead of the official public debut on June 28, 2024! We have all of the details about the previews compiled and ready to share with you.
The previews will take place on select days in June: the 13th, 14th, 16th, 17th, 18th, and 20th. These exclusive events will be hosted at Magic Kingdom park, allowing passholders to dive into the magic of Disney’s newest attraction before anyone else.
To access the preview, a park reservation for Magic Kingdom is required. This reservation also allows passholders to attempt to join the virtual queue at 7:00 AM on the day of their visit. Alternatively, passholders with reservations at any Disney theme park can try to join a second virtual queue opportunity at 1:00 PM. However, it’s crucial to remember that passholders must first enter the park for which they have a reservation before they can hop over to Magic Kingdom, except on select dates where entry is permitted after 2:00 PM without a prior reservation.
Only Annual Passholders with valid admission on the preview dates can participate. Be aware of any applicable pass blockout dates.
Virtual queue entries are limited to once per day per Passholder, and securing a spot in the queue does not guarantee entry to the preview, as boarding groups are subject to availability.
Passholders may simultaneously hold boarding groups for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure preview and another attraction, if available.
Remember, joining the virtual queue does not ensure participation; it’s based on the day’s availability.

This highly anticipated attraction will be included in the Disney Genie+ service, utilizing Lightning Lane entrances, offering guests a faster and more convenient way to experience the new ride.
Disney Genie+ is a paid service available through the My Disney Experience app that allows guests to bypass regular standby lines at select attractions by using Lightning Lane entrances. By purchasing this service, you can spend less time waiting in lines and more time enjoying all that the park has to offer. In addition, Genie+ includes digital downloads of select Disney PhotoPass attraction photos taken in the park on the day of your purchase, at no extra charge. The cost of Genie+ varies each day.
How to Use Disney Genie+ and Lightning Lane
Purchase Disney Genie+: On the day of your visit, open the My Disney Experience app to purchase the Disney Genie+ service. Pricing and availability can be checked through the app.
Select Attractions: Once you have purchased Genie+, you can choose from a variety of participating attractions, including the new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.
Book Your Lightning Lane Entry: Use the app to select a return time for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and other participating attractions. This allows you to enjoy other parts of the park while waiting for your return time.

As the opening date of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure inches closer, speculation has been mounting about whether or not the attraction will utilize the Virtual Queue System upon opening. Disney has ended that speculation and has officially confirmed that they are implementing a virtual queue system for the attraction’s opening days.
Starting on June 28, guests eager to join Princess Tiana on her exciting adventure through the bayou can request to join the virtual queue via the My Disney Experience app. This system is designed to enhance the guest experience by minimizing wait times and allowing visitors to enjoy other park attractions while waiting for their turn on the ride. Here’s how it works:
How to Join the Virtual Queue
Guests will have two opportunities each day to join the virtual queue for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure: at 7 a.m. and at 1 p.m. The process is simple:
Download and Open the My Disney Experience App: Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed on your smartphone.
Log In: Make sure you are logged in to your Disney account.
Access the Virtual Queue: At either 7 a.m. or 1 p.m., open the app and navigate to the virtual queue section. Follow the prompts to join the queue. Typucally, the 7 a.m. queue can be joined from anywhere while the 1 p.m. queue requires you to be scanned into the park.
Wait for Your Return Time: Once you have successfully joined the virtual queue, you will be given an estimated return time. This allows you to enjoy other park attractions, dining, and entertainment while you wait.
During the initial opening days of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, a standby queue will not be available. This means the virtual queue will be the only way to experience the attraction without a Genie+ reservation/lightning lane.

Following the TARDIS’s unexpected materialization at Disneyland Resort, the stars of Doctor Who wasted no time in exploring the park’s wonders. They were spotted enjoying some of the most beloved attractions.
Ncuti Gatwa (the fifteenth Doctor) and Millie Gibson (the Doctor’s companion, Ruby Sunday), Doctor Who’s newest stars, swung by Disneyland Resort last week. They snapped pics with the TARDIS and explored Disney California Adventure during Pixar Fest, likely encountering some favorite characters along the way.

Mickey Mouse Pride Starbucks Tumblers Now At The Disney Store!
The new Mickey Mouse Pride Starbucks Tumblers for both Walt Disney World and Disneyland arrived online to the Disney Store for $49.99 each! They are perfect to keep hydrated and celebrate Pride Month!
The tumbler features a geometric design with rainbow colors all around, the front shows a blue square featuring Mickey Mouse with a rainbow behind him and Walt Disney World logo at the bottom. The opposite side showcases the Starbucks logo in blue.
The lid is translucent blue and comes with a rainbow reusable straw. Very cute!
The Disneyland version features the same geometric design with rainbow colors all around but the difference is the square that shows Mickey Mouse and Disneyland logo is purple, same as the Starbucks logo on the opposite side.
