Ride Review – Tomorrowland Transit Authority

Ride Review – Tomorrowland Transit Authority

Often we think only of the ‘E’ Ticket attractions when we visit one of the Disney Parks. And it’s hard to argue with that strategy! Who doesn’t like the fast paced thrills of Space Mountain or the extreme theming of the Jungle Cruise? But in every Park you can find a different kind of excitement tucked away in a corner somewhere.

At Walt Disney World, one such treasure is the Tomorrowland Transit Authority, or The People Mover! In short, you just sit back and enjoy the ride as it takes you around Tomorrowland. So why do I recommend this as a must-do attraction?

First, no one can go full out 24/7 while at the Parks! I don’t care how young you are, sooner or later you are going to need a break. Your feet will thank you.

Second, it offers an alternative when the weather turns bad. During our last visit, Florida decided to treat us to an absolute downpour. It lasted for about 30 minutes. Most people ran for cover and stood under overhangs and waited for it to pass. We boarded The People Mover and enjoyed a dry run around Tomorrowland! If you decide to do this, the bonus is in watching others running around looking for cover while you’re snug and dry and – still enjoying yourself! We got off, ran around to the entrance again, and took another ride. By the time turn two was over, the rain was finished and we were able to resume our tour of Tomorrowland.

Third, you get to see Tomorrowland from above while listening to the imaginative ride Spiel. This is usually updated from time to time, and now features a new voice. My favorite part of the Spiel is when you pass the Laugh Floor and Roz (from Monsters Inc.) says: “Yeah, yeah, very good. Keep it moving, we’re on a tight schedule here!” So if you haven’t ridden this attraction in awhile, then something new very likely awaits you.

Fourth, as you pass each major attraction, you get a little introduction to what it offers. The Narrator will give some details usually with a bit of humor thrown in!

Lastly, you may get treated to an extra surprise. The last time we rode The People Mover, we sat up and took notice as we entered the dark area of Space Mountain. Here, you go right inside while the attraction is fully operational. Usually you just see a little movement and hear a lot of screaming. But this time the lights were on and the ride was down for some reason. It was really cool to see the ride lit up. We saw the tracks and all of the building details. A true inside look at the Imagineering that went into making this famous attraction!

Hopefully by now you are ready for a ride on the transportation method of tomorrow: The People Mover of the Tomorrowland Transit Authority.

Don’t miss this great ride during your next visit. You won’t be sorry!

Disney World Quick Tips – Don’t Over Buy Your Vacation Package

Disney World Quick Tips – Don’t Over Buy Your Vacation Package

When we all travel to Walt Disney World, the resort hotel we choose is the easiest purchase decision we make because the costs of the room are pretty much up front with no surprises. We simply purchase what we can afford. My concern is the rest of the package which, if you’re not realistic about what you can and want to do, might have more in it than you want or need and therefore costs you more $$$. If you don’t want to or can’t use all of the items in a package, why pay for them.

  1. TICKETS – Examine your past vacation patterns (we all have them) and if you don’t go from park to park on the same day don’t waste money on the Park Hopper option. It’s also very tempting to purchase the Water Parks and More option but if you can’t or won’t use the option more than once or twice check the prices for a daily admission to any extras (water park/Disney Quest) and see how it compares to the option. You might be surprised.
  2. MEAL PLANS – If it’s not a normal part of your life to sit down to meals or you are trying to maximize your park time you might want to stick with the Quick Service Dining Plan. There are plenty of excellent choices (not just burgers and fries) in the parks. The Disney Dining Plan is a nice middle of the road choice if you like to take one meal a day to relax and dine together. Only pick the Deluxe Dining Plan if you are a real foodie and want to sit down to 3 meals a day or you like to dine at the Signature restaurants and Dinner Shows (2 credits each). Otherwise it is simply too much food!!
  3. EXTRAS – There are tons of extra things to do at Walt Disney World from Cirque du Soleil (great by the way) to tours, golf, and many other things. The Platinum Plan (super expensive) includes all of that stuff and more. Before you are tempted to purchase that plan just review your past vacations and ponder just how much extra time you had for those things. If you are going to do any of these things, compare prices, I can almost guarantee it will be less expensive to purchase what you can/want to do a la carte.

I guess my whole point is – review what you want and realistically can do and compare the costs. Although all the extras included seems tempting, you pay for them up front and there are no refunds. If you do them individually it may save you some big $$$. As always, enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World!!

Best Things I Love About Disney – But WHY The Jungle Cruise?

Best Things I Love About Disney – But WHY The Jungle Cruise?

A lot of my friends are curious about WHY The Jungle Cruise is one of my all time favorite attractions. They are also curious about why it is always the first attraction we ride in the Magic Kingdom. Simple – it is pure Walter Elias Disney!!

We all understand that it is old, the jokes told by the boat captains are horribly corny, the Animatronics are not very sophisticated, and frankly it has no surprises or real excitement. For us though, it sets us up for the rest of our time at the Magic Kingdom. While Epcot is still our favorite park there is no doubt that the Magic Kingdom is still and always will be the most magical and The Jungle Cruise is part of that magic.

Just because the attraction is old it’s not neglected. The maintenance is absolutely up to Disney standards and I have no doubt it always will be. As a matter of fact in 1994 the queue was completely redone to add capacity – maybe it’s not just me who loves it. The old time radio broadcast we all enjoy while standing in line was added at that time also. The boats were redone in 1998 to make them look older and more well worn. The Jungle Cruise was also a learning tool for the horticulturists and landscape designers at Walt Disney as they learned a lot about how to group plants and create the effects they wanted using plantings. I think we all recognize how amazing the plant use in all of Walt Disney World is today and a lot of the credit goes to the folks who designed the Jungle cruise plantings. Thanks to the “Imagineering Field Guide to the Magic Kingdom” for a lot of these facts.

As a bit of a Disney purist I love when the originals stay basically the same but I still enjoy upgrading and changing when it is appropriate. For example, I love the upgrade to the Haunted Mansion and I really was not a happy camper when they removed the wand from Spaceship Earth that was placed there for the Millennium Celebration. Let’s just leave the core of the Jungle Cruise just the way it is because I don’t believe significant changes are warranted to this one of a kind attraction that has so much history attached to it. As always, enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World!!

Jim Carrey Q & A: Disney’s A Christmas Carol

Here is a very cool and very interesting Q & A with Jim Carrey of Disney’s A Christmas Carol. Be sure to check out the links below to my review of A Christmas Carol.

You are well known for tackling highly physical and comedic roles. Was that part of the attraction of playing Ebenezer Scrooge in the new movie, A Christmas Carol?

This role was a dream come true. Playing Scrooge was challenging in every possible way and I had to use everything I had to make this character work, but it was a wonderful, wonderful challenge. It’s something I will never forget because it was a fantastic experience. You find yourself standing in the middle of an empty warehouse wearing a ridiculous motion capture suit with balls all over it. You’re wearing a hat with pincers attached to it, with cameras pointing right into your face and you have to act as hard as you’ve acted before. You have to create a whole new world in your head – and you have to make it believable for the audience. It was a great challenge for me. I couldn’t be more proud of this movie.

It sounds like you had a pretty unreal experience shooting the movie…

To be honest, it was wonderful to work with all this new technology. It was incredibly exciting to work with motion capture because I couldn’t wait to see what the performances would turn into. It was certainly a little odd to be dancing around in the suit in front of loads of cameras, but it was also fun. You’re on a motion capture stage and there are grids and outlines of furniture and props, but you have to create the mood in your head. It’s certainly a little more difficult than doing a regular film where you’re helped by the scenery, costumes and props around you. It’s also an odd thing to stare at your acting partners and have two prongs sticking out of your head with HD cameras attached to it.

What was your most bizarre experience during the shooting of the movie?

I had a lot of face-to-face scenes with Gary Oldman and at one point he said to me, “I wanted to work with you, but I never imagined it would be like this. It’s like acting on Mars!” He not only had the pincers and the cameras staring at this face, but he was also on a crane for 90% of his performance. You have to transcend all of that and give a performance and believe it. It was a daunting prospect, but the process soon became very comfortable, especially with the help of the director, Robert Zemeckis. He made things very easy. It was a nice atmosphere on the set. It all worked out well.

How much faith did you have in the director?

It’s so important to trust your captain on any project you work on. It’s important to have faith and to love their work. I always knew this was going to be a beautiful movie – and it is.

How tough was it to play loads of different roles in A Christmas Carol?

The wonderful thing about this digital process is that I can be cast in roles that I would never be cast in. If I have it in my soul to play a character, it doesn’t matter what my face looks like, or my age. I find that really liberating. It was a huge challenge to play all these different characters, but that’s what made the movie fun for me. I wanted to give each character a distinctly different accent from the UK, which was another challenge for me. However, it was a challenge I was looking forward to working on.

How did you decide on the different accents for the various characters you play in the movie?

I used many different avenues, but they were all shepherded by Barbara Berkery, who is a wonderful voice coach. The Ghost of Christmas Future was a tribute to Marcel Marceau and I chose a Yorkshire accent – from Sheffield – for the Ghost of Christmas Present because I felt he was really connected to the common man. Nobody enjoys Christmas like the common man. He has an innate need to party and an innate need to enjoy the Christmas season, so I felt that was appropriate.

What about the other characters?

I thought Irish would be cool for the Ghost of Christmas Past because the Irish are very good with old stories. They are wonderful at reminiscing about old times and the way things used to be. I went for a very gentle, dreamy voice from Ireland for this character. I’ve got Irish blood on my mother’s side, so it was a tribute to my Irish roots. I put a little bit of myself in there.

How did you come up with the voice of Scrooge?

I had particular pleasure in working on Scrooge. I thought someone like Scrooge would be very careful to speak correctly, but I also wanted his words to cut like a knife. I chose to bring out the pronunciation of words with him and it had a little bit of an exaggeration to it.

How would you describe Scrooge?

I always think the only thing we have to be aware of in this world is the unloved – and Scrooge is certainly there as an unloved character. For a long time, Scrooge desperately tries to cling to whatever is good. He clings to his sister and he clings to the things that he cares about, but life slowly disappoints him over and over again. Scrooge is abandoned.

What do you think Scrooge was like as a child?

Children try to think positively about their situation and they try to make the best of it – and Scrooge was certainly like that as a child. However, by the time he is 35 years old, he’s done with making the best of life. That void can’t be filled anymore unless he really goes inside himself. However, the ghosts in the movie are his opportunity to do that.

Did you have any concerns about playing such an iconic character and making him your own?

I felt a huge responsibility because A Christmas Carol is one of the greatest stories ever written. However, I was also sure that if I was true to myself and true to my understanding of the character, then everything would be original in its own way.

What do you think of the look of your Scrooge?

It’s a little bizarre, but the character looks exactly like my father. It is really spooky. If you take away the pointed nose and the chin, that is the exact look of my father, so I got a glimpse of what I’ll look like when I’m old. What a scary thought.

What makes your version of A Christmas Carol different to other Scrooge movies?

I hate to compare movies. All I will say is that this new movie is a really beautiful holiday film. It’s got everything. You get the scares. You get the catharsis. It’s a beautiful story of redemption – and when is that not popular?

Apart from your new adaptation, what is your favorite version of A Christmas Carol?

When I was a little kid, my favorite version of A Christmas Carol starred Alastair Sim. I used to watch that version every year and I loved it, but Alastair Sim was a man whose face was born to play that part. His whole being had an acid reflux bitterness to it that was splendid to watch. I wanted to have that feeling in my Scrooge; that deep feeling that causes rheumatism. I hope I pulled it off.

Best Things I Love About Disney World: Epcot Holiday Storytellers

Best Things I Love About Disney World: Epcot Holiday Storytellers

Visitors to Walt Disney World during the Christmas holiday season have a number of wonderful holiday-themed events to enjoy above and beyond the regular Disney attractions. With Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Epcot’s Candlelight Processional, the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights, in addition to the beautiful decorations, fun parades, and festive music…it is no wonder that this time of the year is one of the most popular times to visit Disney World

It is also no wonder that one of the most special Holiday events is one that is perhaps not as well-known as the others: Epcot’s Holidays Around the World Storytellers. But if you are visiting Walt Disney World in the next month, plan to take some time to visit World Showcase and stop by to see a few of the Storytellers if you can. You’ll be in for a treat if you do.

One of the reasons I love World Showcase is the chance to travel “around the World” in a few hours, sampling the various countries’ food, folklore, customs, and culture. It’s fascinating and fun, and a great way for everyone….but children especially….to learn a little about this great big world of ours. And at no time is it better to do this, than during December, where Storytellers from the different countries share special Holiday stories and customs, often dressed as a specific national/cultural icon from that country. Entertaining and fun, learning about how others celebrate Christmas and other winter holidays is a wonderful way to add to your “Christmas Spirit”.

So, if you do visit, who will you see?

  • In Mexico, The Three Kings share the story of their journey to find the Baby Jesus.
  • In Norway, the gnome Julenissen has a funny and interactive tale.
  • In China, you will meet he Monkey King
  • In Germany, St. Nicholas or Helga will talk about that country’s wonderful customs.
  • In Morocco, Taarji the storytelling drummer, shares the meaning of Ramadan
  • In Italy, La Befana will share how children in Italy celebrate the Epiphany
  • In the U.S. you may learn about the story of Hannukah, Kwanzaa…as well as visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus
  • In Japan, the Daruma Doll vendor talks about celebrating the New Year
  • In France, Pere Noel reads a letter from a little girl that he received.
  • In the United Kingdom, you may find Father Christmas tell you about some Christmas customs that are very familiar in America too
  • In Canada, Papa Noel is waiting to talk about holiday traditions in his country.

Each of the Storytellers is scheduled at several times each afternoon/early evening near their respective countries around World Showcase, and while it can be a bit challenging to make it to see all of them in one visit, even seeing a few will provide a wonderful Holiday experience for you and your family. The schedule you receive as you enter Epcot will note the times that each will be presenting.

Most Storyteller presentations are not especially crowded, so it is easy for children especially to be right up front to see…and hear…the entire story up close and personal. And each Storyteller is always happy to stay afterwards for some pictures, so be sure to have your camera ready.

And if you are going before Christmas, really, what would make a better family Christmas card than your entire group with Father Christmas? 🙂

If you have plans to visit Walt Disney World this coming Christmas Season, put Epcot’s Holiday Storytellers on your “must-see” list. I promise that you will be so glad you did!

Disney, Gowalla Deliver the Magic of Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, In a New Way

In its first foray into location services, Disney Parks has teamed up with Gowalla – the social network that inspires people to keep up with friends and share the places they go – to provide park-goers a new way to explore the magic of Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts.  Starting today, visitors to these parks can engage with family and friends around the world through the custom Disney Gowalla pages and Passport Stamps, and track their experiences at Disney like never before.

“Gowalla is the perfect complement to the park visit by rewarding guests with exclusive digital stamps, and by suggesting new ways to explore the parks with fun trip itineraries,” said Leslie Ferraro, executive vice president, Global Marketing for Disney Destinations.  “We are excited to work with Gowalla to enhance the check-in experience for our guests.  As we encourage our guests to make memories at Disney parks, Gowalla is a great way for them to share their Disney memories as they happen.”

Capturing and Sharing the Magic of Disney

People are able to view park happenings with custom Gowalla Disney Passport pages for Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts that include maps featuring a check-in stream, a list of popular places, exciting Trips, special Items and more.

Hundreds of locations within Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts will feature custom Stamps created by Gowalla – the largest number of custom Gowalla Passport Stamps ever developed for a brand.  The Stamps can be collected in their Gowalla Passports and kept as a virtual scrapbook by park-goers of their experiences at Disney.  In addition, park visitors will discover and collect Pins as a special reward for visiting featured Spots, and Virtual Items will be placed around the parks.  “Beware of the hitchhiking ghost taking residency in your Gowalla Passport,” added Tom Aronson, digital marketing director, Global New Media, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.

Discovering the Magic of Disney

For guests looking for a creative way to explore the parks, Disney has developed Gowalla Trips that “bundle” attractions by age or interest.  A sampling includes:

  • “For the Little Ones (under 44 inches)” is a dream track fit for pint-sized park-goers to Magic Kingdom in Florida. It includes “Mickey’s PhilharMagic,” Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Peter Pan’s Flight and more.
  • “Characters in the Wild” treats Disney’s Animal Kingdom guests to a show track that includes “Festival of the Lion King,” “Finding Nemo-The Musical,” “Flights of Wonder” and more.
  • Just in time for the holidays at the Disneyland park, “Santa’s Reindeer Roundup,” “Believe…in Holiday Magic” fireworks and Sleeping Beauty Winter Castle are on the menu for the “Seasons Greetings” Trip.

Throughout the year, Disney will be highlighting special events at its parks via Gowalla.  This feature allows park-goers to secure unique Passport Stamps for checking in at custom events to record all of their Disney Parks’ experiences

“Part of what makes Gowalla special is our vision to inspire people to discover and explore truly remarkable places around the world and then share those experiences with friends and family worldwide.  Disney has consistently created this kind of wonder and excitement with its park-goers, so teaming up to create something new has been a thrill for us,” said Andy Ellwood, business development director, Gowalla.  “This is the first time we’ve developed a partnership this comprehensive with a brand and it’s only possible because of the remarkable number of places and experiences the Disney parks have to discover.”

To participate, guests are encouraged to join Gowalla via the web or download the free application onto their smartphone. All the custom Stamps and Items guests collect will be added to their Gowalla Passport and each check-in can be shared via Facebook and Twitter.  Guests can start their new Disney Parks adventure by going to Gowalla.com/WaltDisneyWorld, Gowalla.com/Disneyland or Gowalla.com/Disney.

Disney Vacation Club and the Cancelled Vacation

Disney Vacation Club and the Cancelled Vacation
My husband and I celebrated our tenth wedding anniversary in October. We had plans to celebrate at Disney World but couldn’t arrange child care for a week during the fall and the kids certainly weren’t coming on this trip. Luck seemed to be on our side and we were able to put together plans for a week away this winter. We couldn’t wait and made a reservation using our Disney Vacation Club points. Then, our luck changed and it now looks as if we’ll have to cancel our long-awaited trip. Life has been surprising me lately so I’m still holding out hope that we’ll be able to go. But, being the prudent sort, I decided to call the Disney Vacation Club to find out what my options were.

Cancelling a DVC reservation

Members can cancel a DVC reservation 31 or more days prior to their check-in date without the points moving to a holding account, but more on holding accounts later. The important point to remember is that all points will be returned to the Use Year in which the vacation falls. This includes borrowed points. A Use Year begins in the month where members receive their new allocation of points.

Sounds good, right? Well, it is if you cancel your reservation during the first eight months of your Use Year. If you do, you can bank your points to use during the following Use Year if you won’t be rebooking your Disney vacation by the end of the current Use Year. Banking points reallocates points to the next Use Year. If you are outside the window during which you can bank points, your points will expire if you don’t use them by the end of the current Use Year. Another option is to use the points for an RCI exchange, which is a program that allows you to use your Disney Vacation Club points at other destinations.

Holding Accounts

What if someone gets sick a few days before your vacation? Points for a reservation that is cancelled between 31 and 1 days from check-in date will be moved to a holding account. A holding account is pretty much what the name suggests, a special “status” for your points where they are held until the end of the current Use Year. Unfortunately, if you cannot use the points during the current Use Year, the points cannot be banked or borrowed. Using these points is also pretty restrictive. A reservation using holding account points must be made 60 or fewer days prior to the planned check-in date, basically a spur-of-the-moment reservation. If you want to travel during a busy time at Disney World, it may be tough to get your reservation on short notice.

But I Borrowed Points

All transactions are final. Borrowed points cannot be banked, borrowed, or returned to the Use Year they were borrowed from. So if you cancel your vacation, your borrowed points will expire if you cannot travel during the same Use Year your cancelled vacation was scheduled.

Member Services Can Help

I am lucky that our reservation is early in our Use Year so I could cancel 31 days prior to our check-in date and theoretically bank our points. But, I had borrowed points for this reservation. If we can’t get someone to watch the kids in the next few months, I am in danger of forfeiting the borrowed points since they cannot be banked. I called Member Services to confirm and was offered a glimmer of hope. We have another reservation for a family trip in the spring. Member Services said that if I cancelled our winter reservation which used some borrowed points, I could “reallocate” the borrowed points to our spring trip. If I do this prior to the last four months of our Use Year, I will be able to then bank the original, non-borrowed points I used for the family trip. Sounds complicated and it is but I was thrilled that Member Services was able to work with me to try to “save” my banked points.

Cancelling a Disney Vacation Club reservation can be complicated due to the nuances in the DVC membership. Always call Member Services for guidance.

Oldies But Goodies…More Than Buses Part 2

Oldies But Goodies…More Than Buses Part 2

Boats! Boats! Boats! In Part 1 I covered almost every alternative form of Walt Disney World transportation except my favorite and a favorite of a lot of my fellow Oldies – BOATS!!! You might be surprised by just how much boat transportation there is at Walt Disney World. Three of the theme parks are serviced by some sort of boat transportation as well as a lot of the resorts. Rather than explain each one I’ll just outline them here by venue.

  1. The Magic Kingdom area has a large number of boats traveling to and from all of the resorts in the area and the Transportation and Ticket Center (T&TC). You can get to and from the Magic Kingdom by boat from the T&TC, the Contemporary, the Wilderness Lodge, Fort Wilderness, the Polynesian, and the Grand Floridian.
  2. You can go between Downtown Disney and the Port Orleans Resorts (pictured above) on a particularly lovely and serene trip. You can also use boat transportation to get to the Marketplace section of Downtown Disney from Old Key West and Saratoga Springs.
  3. Epcot has some internal boat transportation with two Friendship Docks on the north side of the World Showcase Lagoon. The internal boats go to docks near the Germany and Morocco pavilions. One hint, if you are looking to save time, walking is generally quicker but the boats give you an entirely different perspective of the World Showcase. There is also boat service from the International Gateway to the Boardwalk Inn, Yacht Club, Swan/Dolphin, and on to Hollywood studios.
  4. As mentioned above, you can take a boat from Epcot to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and back. The trip takes about 25 -30 minutes each way because of the stops but if you are staying at any of the Epcot resorts it’s a great way to relax after a long day in the parks.

I can’t speak for all of my fellow Seniors but I know that after a tiring day at Walt Disney World it’s often a better to take a boat rather than fight the crowds on the buses. The bus system is terrific but as we all know – they do fill them to capacity. Using boat transportation allows you to unwind and relax so you can get a good night’s sleep and do it all over again the next day. As Oldies, we don’t rejuvenate as quickly as the youngsters so it’s always better if we are relaxed and ready to sleep when we hit the bed.

We always use the boats when we can and find that it’s not just good for the body but good for the mind also. Give it a try, I’m sure you will like it. As always, enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World!!

Review: Disney’s Mickey Mote

Review: Disney’s Mickey Mote

My little one and I had a chance to try this product out this past week. We received in the mail both Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Numbers Roundup and Handy Manny Big Construction Job.

Let me start off by saying my little on is not a fan of Handy Manny. I guess its a little to boyish for her but she does love the gang from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse! So this review leans more towards Mickey’s Numbers Roundup.

So with Mickey Mote in hand we popped in the dvd to our Samsung Bluray player and went into bonus features to setup the Mickey Mote. I can tell just looking at the Mickey Mote it just emulates the arrow keys on the players remote so I had an idea how to set it up.

Once in the setup the instructions I just followed along with the video. I did run into an issue with our remote as it would not program properly. Having talked to one of the techs for Disney we determined its a bluetooth remote and not a standard infrared remote which is how the Mickey Mote operates.

No biggie I took the remote downstairs in our family room and use a standard Samsung DVD player. Setup took just a few minutes and we were underway.

This is a very good idea from Disney and I love how they incorporate the Mickey Mote in with the show. I was thinking at first it would like many of the dvd/bluray games but its not you actually watch an episode of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and answer questions pertaining to that episode.

It took my daughter a few times to realize she needed to pay attention and not bounce around the room. Once she sat down and focused on the show she had fun answering the questions. Just in case your child is not a fan of either show that is releasing next Tuesday here is the upcoming line up of Disney Mickey Mote Titles.

I am sure as this product takes off they will expand their selection, but that is a pretty good list of titles.

One of the extra features of the DVD is the bonus Episode that doesn’t release till Jan of 2011! That was very cool and I myself love any type of bonus content. Not that my daughter really noticed..lol

Overall we had no issues other than the setup in the beginning,  as with all Disney products they are leading the way to make watching a movie or tv show more interactive.

I recommend adding these titles to you Disney Library. They are alot of fun, educational, and an interesting way to spice up how your little one watches her favorite Disney show.

With Christmas coming these would make an excellent gift or stocking stuffer.Special thanks to Disney for letting us try these out. We are going to bring them into our daughters school next week to let the whole class play! That should be interesting..

If you have any questions ask away in the comment section below.
