Girl Meets World is gearing up for its first season run this summer with some exciting news!

Lee Norris who we all know and love from the original Boy Meets World will return in season 1 to reprise his role as the legendary Minkus on the new show. You probably remember his character from his huge glasses and adorable bowl haircut, but alas Minkus has grown up and become from the looks of it quite the young man. Although it seems Minkus still never got with the latest fashions maybe it was those years he mysteriously went missing on the show. (Shawn and Cory willed him to disappear)

What do you think Minkus is up to now? Maybe’s he’s invented a new cool app or even an awesome gadget that’s sweeping the country? Nonetheless I’m excited to see Lee reprise his awesome role as Minkus and bring all of Minkus’s funny quirks to a new generation of TV watchers!

And Minkus isn’t the only familiar face fans will be seeing on the spinoff as William Daniels is set to reprise his iconic role as Mr. Feeny in the pilot episode.

“Frozen Free Fall” and “My Muppets Show” Apps Get Updates

In case you didn’t know, “Frozen Free Fall” and “My Muppets Show” are free to play and have recently gained some new content.

In My Muppets Show you can now recruit Constantine to perform on The Big House stage, which is a key location from the movie. You can also use items inspired by the movie to fix up the new stage.

I know many of you have been looking for some new content in “Frozen Free Fall”, so your wish has been granted. Summer has arrived in Arendelle. There are now another 30 levels. You can now visit Olaf’s Summer Dream. Don’t forget, use the new sun tiles as an advantage before they burn out.

Players can download My Muppets Show for iOS devices on the App Store and Android devices on Google Play and Amazon Appstore. Frozen Free Fall is available for iOS devices on the App Store, and Android devices on Google Play. The update will be available soon from the Amazon Appstore, Windows Store, and Windows Phone Store.

The Muppets visit the White House for a special screening of Muppets Most Wanted!

The White House held a special screening of the MUPPETS MOST WANTED earlier this week. In attendance was the First Lady, Michelle Obama along with Kermit, and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey introduced and joined our military families in a special screening as part of the Joining Forces Initiative. After the screening, Kermit and the First Lady and General Dempsey, enjoyed time with the families posing for pictures.

MUPPETS MOST WANTED which premieres in theaters on March 21, 2014, takes the Muppets on a tour of Europe. During the tour the gang become tangled up in an international crime headed by the World’s #1 Criminal and Kermit look alike – Constantine. Starring Ricky Gervais, Ty Burrell and Tina Fey, MUPPETS MOST WANTED features music from Academy Award®-winning songwriter Bret McKenzie, and is directed by James Bobin.

Disney Interactive has released the winners of the Disney Infinity “Arcade Game Challenge.” The new user-generated Toy Boxes are pretty cool.

Here is this week’s episode of “Disney Infinity Toy Box TV: The Official Weekly Web Show” which features the weekly top five countdown:

Winning submissions include:

1. Flynn’s Arcade- Spend some quarters at the hottest arcade of the 80’s! Just don’t snoop around Kevin Flynn’s top secret project.

2. Hero’s Duty 2- CyBug threat is gone but the security system is still in full alert! Fight your way through and reclaim the Hero’s Medal!

3. Hero’s Duty- Make your way to the top of the tower as seen in the Wreck-It Ralph movie.

4. Cube Challenge- Drop in a quarter and try to turn all the blocks yellow, but look out for the bad guys!

5. Birdie Blitz- Fly as the crow through obstacles of different heights. Can you make it to the end?

Select “Toy Box” from the Disney Infinity Main Menu

Select “Toy Box Share” and “Disney’s Toy Boxes.”

There will be a list of all the featured Toy Boxes for players to download.

When you’re ready to submit your Toy Box for consideration, follow these directions:

Bring up the Pause Menu and select “Online/Multiplayer.”

Then select “Toy Box Share” > “Disney’s Toy Boxes” > “Submit to Disney.”

Extended Breakfast Hours at Boma – Flavors of Africa in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge

We have some great Disney Dining news! Reservations are now open to book your Easter and Mother’s Day breakfast/brunch reservations for – Boma – Flavors of Africa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. Boma is one of my favorite buffets at Walt Disney World and my family and I always try to make it out here for some bobotie and zebra domes!

The restaurant will be open 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on both holidays (April 20 for Easter, May 11 for Mother’s Day). Then they will reopen for dinner from 4:30-9:30 p.m. Cost is $21.99, $11.99 ages 3 to 11. For reservations, visit www.disneyworld.com/dine or call 407-WDW-DINE.

ABC Family announces the summer premieres of three highly-anticipated new original series, including the riveting drama “Chasing Life” and hilarious comedies “Young & Hungry,” starring Emily Osment, and “Mystery Girls,” starring and executive produced by Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth. Fan favorites “Pretty Little Liars,” “Switched at Birth” and “The Fosters” also return in June with brand-new episodes!

“Chasing Life” premieres Tuesday, June 10th, at 9:00 – 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. The new one-hour drama follows April (Italia Ricci), a smart, twenty-something, aspiring journalist who tries to balance her ambitious career with her family, which includes her widowed mom, Sara (Mary Page Keller), rebellious little sister, Brenna (Haley Ramm), and her grandmother, Emma (Rebecca Schull). We meet April at a pivotal moment in her life: she’s landed a fantastic opportunity to impress her hard-nosed Boston newspaper editor and an office romance with her super-sexy co-worker Dominic (Richard Brancatisano) is just beginning to blossom. In an unexpected twist of fate, April lands in the hospital where her estranged uncle George (Steven Weber) works as an oncologist, and she learns the devastating news that she has cancer. The series follows April through her journey in the face of this daunting revelation, during a time in her life when the challenges of finding love and success would be enough to keep any girl occupied. But April is determined to fight and refuses to give up her dreams and goals. Along the way, she’ll find new reserves of strength and passion within and discover that facing death may really be the only way to truly live.

“Young & Hungry,” executive produced by Ashley Tisdale (“High School Musical”), premieres Wednesday June 25th, at 8:00 – 8:30 p.m. ET/PT. Two worlds collide when Josh (Jonathan Sadowski), a wealthy young tech entrepreneur, meets Gabi (Emily Osment), a feisty young food blogger, looking to be his personal chef. Gabi is desperate for the job and must prove herself, mostly to Josh’s aide, Elliot (Rex Lee), who prefers a famous chef for the job. When Josh enlists Gabi to prepare a romantic meal for him and his girlfriend, the dinner goes awry and Gabi finds herself in a very awkward position. With the help of her best friend Sofia (Aimee Carrero) and Josh’s housekeeper Yolanda (Kym Whitley), Gabi turns a difficult situation into an opportunity for employment and maybe even love.

“Mystery Girls,” starring Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth, premieres Wednesday, June 25th, at 8:30 – 9:00 p.m. ET/PT. The comedy series follows two former detective TV show starlets brought back together by a real-life mystery. Charlie Contour (Garth) is a suburban housewife and mother, while Holly Hamilton (Spelling) longs for her glory days in the 90’s when she was on television. Both of their lives are disrupted when Nick (Miguel Pinzon), a witness to a crime and a “Mystery Girls” fanatic, will only speak to the infamous duo, and the former friends must reunite and put their TV crime-solving skills to the test. The series is also executive produced by Spelling and Garth.

“Pretty Little Liars” returns for its fifth season with all-new episodes on Tuesday, June 10th, at 8:00 – 9:00 p.m. ET/PT. In the new season of the hit drama series, the PLLs must dodge their dreaded nemesis, “A,” while navigating a world with Alison back in it. The series will hit a milestone 100 episodes during its fifth season.

“Switched at Birth” premieres with all-new episodes on Monday, June 16th, at 8:00 – 9:00 p.m. ET/PT. The award winning series returns to complete its third season by picking up the day after the winter finale, as our characters deal with the consequences of decisions made the night before. Kathryn deals with the reality of being a herotica novelist, Regina is torn between the pull of her old neighborhood and her new life, and the girls need to summon courage to face a moment of truth they never anticipated.

“The Fosters” returns for its second season on Monday, June 16th, at 9:00 – 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. The critically-acclaimed series centers on biracial lesbian couple Stef and Lena Foster, who are raising a multi-ethnic family mix of foster and biological kids. The second season will continue to explore the growing Fosters clan, with all the triumphs and travails, twists and turns, that fans of the series have come to expect. Callie and Jude will try to adjust to their new roles in the family, and everyone will deal with the fallout from their previous actions. Past mistakes will come home to roost, consequences will be handed out, and victories will be hard fought, and ultimately well-won. Their deep bonds will grow, enabling America’s most modern family to face the future head on, with love in their hearts.

R5 is a fast growing fast pace band stemming from Littleton Colorado set to take over every teen’s screen at some point soon. For those who don’t know them already the pop/rock band consists of 4 family members! (Plus one honorary one.)

R5 features Ross Lynch (vocals/guitar), Rydel Lynch (keyboards/vocals), Riker Lynch (bass/vocals), Rocky Lynch (guitar/vocals), and best friend Ellington Ratliff (drums). The band’s first full-length album, Louder, was released in September 2013 debuting at #24 on Billboard’s Top 200 and #2 on iTunes’ Pop chart. The album includes four songs from Loud, plus “Pass Me By” and new single “(I Can’t) Forget About You.” R5 are currently on the first leg of their Louder World Tour!

Princess Fairytale Hall Welcomes Elsa & Anna to the Magic Kingdom

The newest edition to the Disney Royal Family is finally making the move to Magic Kingdom. Starting April 20th, 2014 guests will be able to visit Anna and Elsa from Disney’s Academy Awards – winning film “Frozen” where they will appear together until the early evening, after which the other visiting Disney Princesses will then continue to greet guests until closing.

And Yes!!!! Disney FastPass+ service will be available for this wonderful character meet and greet experience.

Now if you’re worried that the other Princesses will be leaving Princess Fairytale Hall, don’t be.. You will still be able to continue to meet Cinderella, Rapunzel and other Disney Princesses once Anna and Elsa arrive, we suggest checking the My Disney Experience app on the day you’re visiting the park.

Elsa and Anna will be at the Norway Pavilion in Epcot until April 19th, then they will relocate to Magic Kingdom officially on April 20th.
