For apparel, a comfortable blue-gray T-shirt is available. It features the official Island Tower wordmark and icon prominently displayed. Above the wordmark, you’ll find artwork depicting the sun, a mountain, and the ocean waves in a soothing cream color, capturing the essence of the Polynesian resort.

Start Your 2025 Disney Adventures Early with Extended Park Hours!

If you’ve got Disney magic on your mind for January, there’s good news coming from Walt Disney World! Park hours are getting a little extra pixie dust for the second week of January 2025. Whether you’re an early riser or love soaking up every last second of Disney enchantment, these changes will give you more time to enjoy all the magic, rides, and experiences.

Hollywood Studios: Bright and Early Adventures

Starting January 5, Disney’s Hollywood Studios will open its gates earlier, with Early Entry now beginning at 8:00 am (previously 8:30 am). That means more time to snag your spot in line for Rise of the Resistance or grab a Ronto Wrap in Galaxy’s Edge before the crowds roll in. Regular park hours also shift, with opening set for 8:30 am and the park staying open until 9:00 pm—perfect for enjoying the nighttime glow of Hollywood Boulevard.

Magic Kingdom: Nights of Pure Enchantment

Magic Kingdom fans, rejoice! Starting January 5, the park will stay open as late as 11:00 pm on select nights. From January 6 through January 10, you can enjoy an extra hour of magic until 10:00 pm. Evening Extra Magic Hours on January 8 will also stretch until midnight, giving night owls the perfect chance to experience Happily Ever After or a late-night spin on Space Mountain.

Removed back in October for a much-needed magical makeover, Cinderella had been showing her age with fading paint and worn details. But now, her ballgown gleams with refreshed colors, her face has been expertly redefined, and she’s ready to reign once again as the belle of Disney Springs!

This iconic statue has long been a photo favorite for guests entering World of Disney, and her refreshed look is sure to wow fans all over again. New Island Tower Sign Installed at Disney’s Polynesian Resort

Exciting news for guests of the DVC Island Tower! The new entrance sign has arrived, adding a touch of magic to the arrival experience.

The new entrance sign, located on the stone wall to the right of the resort entrance, features blue lettering and the name ‘Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.’ The resort address is displayed below on the shorter stone wall.

While the new entrance sign has been installed, the stone wall to the left of the resort entrance remains bare. It’s unclear if any additional signage will be added to this wall.

Overlooking the breathtaking Seven Seas Lagoon, the 10-story Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort provides luxurious accommodations for Disney Vacation Club Members. Guests can choose from a variety of options, including studios, one- and two-bedroom villas, and spacious two-bedroom penthouse villas. With convenient access to the Walt Disney World Monorail, exploring the magic is just a short ride away.

Just a few days after its grand opening, the Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is already embracing the holiday spirit with some delightful Christmas decorations.

Guests arriving at the Island Tower will be greeted with charming holiday decorations starting at the porte-cochère. Garland decorated with lights, ornaments, flowers, and other island decor hangs above the entrance.

While subtle, the holiday decorations in the lobby are beautifully themed. A Christmas tree graces the seating area, and elegant wreaths adorn the doors leading to the back of the tower and the stunning views of the Seven Seas Lagoon.
