The 2017 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is almost upon us and Disney is giving food-lovers multiple ways to enjoy the culinary talents of chefs and restaurants from around the world. In addition to visiting EPCOT’s quick service dining kiosks, guests now have the opportunity to attend Party for the Senses and/or reserve the Food for all Tastes dining package along with the Eat to the Beat Concert Series.

There are many sizzling sounds at this year’s concert series – 11 new artist this year – including Baha Men, Blue October, Alaina, Mark Wills, The Devon Allman Band, Postmodern Jukebox, 10,000 Maniacs, Kenny G, and Squeeze which are all new to the festival this year. Returning favorites include Hanson, Fuel, Plain White T’s, Sister Hazel, Air Supply, Sugar Ray, 38 Special, Boys II Men and more! Pair your evening entertainment with The Food for All Tastes package: Includes appetizer, entrée and dessert or one full buffet or family-style dining (where applicable) along with a non-alcoholic beverage and one (1) guaranteed seat to the Eat to the Beat Concert held on the same day. Morimoto Asia is teaming up with Moët to offer Disney Springs diners a special Sunday treat! The Bubbles & Brunch is a casual cocktail-style event and will take place at Morimoto Asia’s Forbidden Lounge on Sunday August 27th at 12 PM.

The brunch will feature a menu created especially for the event by Executive Chef Yuhi Fujinaga and includes a array of modern Pan-Asian inspired brunch options paired with a variety of vintage Moët.

Here’s a first look at the menu options:

Deviled eggs with edamame, king crab salad and moët grand vintage blanc 2006

Hoto Cake and Fresh Fruit Satay with yuzu honey and moët grand vintage rosé 2008

Orange Chicken and Waffles with moët brut impérial nv

Guests Were Evacuated Off Universe of Energy Final Ride

As we mourn the loss of Universe of Energy‘s last day. Some lucky guests got a special treat on the final ride of the attraction last night. It turns out (in an ironic twist) that the Universe of Energy ran out of power and everyone had to be evacuated off of the ride. The best part is Disney just turned on the overhead lights and let guests walk around the attraction taking pictures. Here are some of the fun posts we saw….

Secret Menu Items At All Star Movies Resort Revealed

This weekend I told you about the “Secret” Supper Menu at Artist Point. Well I have even more exciting news! Starting yesterday there are “Secret” menu items at the All Star Movies‘ World Premier Food Court. This experience is exclusive to All Star Movies and well worth the visit. We headed over yesterday to see what it was all about.

Ready to unlock the secret? Just be warned that this article includes spoilers!

Once inside the World Premier Food Court head over to the ROXY counter to start your secret mission. Speak with a cast member and ask them about the Secret Menu Items. No secret code needed. Get ready for the fun to start!

A manager appears holding a shiny silver briefcase and takes you to the side. In our case the manager Chase was incredibly friendly and happy to help us on our Secret mission. He cracks open the case and we see this…

Old school Viewmasters! You gotta admit this is pretty cool.

The Viewmasters hold the secret menu items inside. Ready for the big reveal?

Poutine with Gravy and Cheese Curds – $7.99 These french fries are topped with rich brown gravy and warm cheese curds.

Bacon Macaroni and Cheese Hot Dog with coleslaw and fries $12.29. This enormous hot dog is everything that it says it is, cheddar cheese sauce, layered with macaroni and cheese, topped with bacon.

Ready for it? Prepare yourself for the Cinnamon Bun and Candied Bacon Cheeseburger! Yes that totally is a cinnamon roll wrapped around the bacon cheeseburger. The price is $14.49 and also includes fires and coleslaw. You will definitely get your sweet tooth satisfied with this savory entree. Not only is the bacon candied but the cinnamon roll has gooey icing drizzled across the top. Make sure you grab a lot of napkins.

Not only is the food creative but the experience is top notch! Kiddos are going to love being part of a “secret mission” and the staff really makes them feel special. Will you be trying out the “secret” menu items out on your next All Star Movies visit?

Las Vegas may be the last place you’d expect to find a bit dose of Disney Magic but that’s about to change. Magical Memories featuring Disney Fine Art has just opened its doors at the Forum Shops at Ceasar’s Palace in Las Vegas bringing the Disney-inspired Art you’ve come to know and love from the shops on Main Street U.S.A directly to the Vegas Strip.

This new location promises to be an absolute treasure-trove of Disney-themed goodies. Here guests will find a wide range of limited edition, signed and numbered pieces from leading artists from around the world. And like all things Disney, what you’ll find when you step inside is so much more than just a shop. The venue promises audio/video special effects that will include a fiber-optic pixie dust trail entrance, hourly fireworks shows, and customs projections. The shop also evokes the feeling of a 1950’s sound stage representing the Golden Era of Disney animation.

The gallery celebrated its grand opening this weekend with a very special guests: Paige O’Hara who was the voice of Belle from Beauty and The Beast, A very distinguished visual artist in her own right, O’Hara was on hand to showcase her collection of paintings featuring Beauty and the Beast which are currently on display at the gallery.

Magical Memories is open Friday to Saturday from 10am – 12am and Sunday to Thursday from 10am – 11pm. You’ll find the store on the 3rd Level near the spiral. The best entrance is Las Vegas Boulevard Entrance/Casino Entrance.

For Disneyland fans that can’t make it to the parks as often as they would like, Google Maps will soon be your new favorite site. Google employees have been spotted inside the parks wearing Street View Trekkers. This wearable backpack is outfitted with a camera system on top, and its portability enables Google to gather images while maneuvering through tight, narrow spaces or locations only accessible by foot.

The cylindrical camera that you see on top sits above the wearer’s head and constantly takes pictures. It shoots 360 degrees in every direction, even straight up. After the camera has made its way through the parks, it is up to Google engineers to piece it all together. GPS coordinates are also added in so you can type in your favorite attraction in Google Maps.

Although Disneyland Resort officials have confirmed the Google project, Google has not given a date for when Street Views of Disneyland would be available. Fingers crossed, it will be soon!
