We are constantly in awe of the amazing creative treats making the rounds and Disneyland each season but today’s offering has to be one of our favorites. Found at Clarabelle’s Hand Scooped Ice Cream located at Disney’s California Adventure the “Spider Silk” macaron is almost too frightfully fun to eat. Take a closer look at this delicious ice cream sandwich posted by disneylifewithbaymax on Instagram:

I love it when two things I love get combined into one! These vibrant and adorable Mystery Costume Stitch Minnie Ears have done that brilliantly too! Not only are they Minnie Ears, which I can never have enough of, there’s also a mystery aspect to them! I love blind boxes, and mystery picks, so this sounded to exciting to me.

What’s the mystery you ask? Well, each set of ears will feature Stitch, Scrump, or both… BUT, you won’t know which adorable costume they will be dressed in! There’s Mickey Stitch, Captain Hook Stitch, Ursula Stitch, Tinkerbell Scrump, Boo Scrump, and many many more! Each set will have a randomly selected mystery Stitch and or Scrump on each ear! Afternoon Tea At Grand Floridian and Beach Pool Hours Have Changed

Disney’s “Perfectly Princess Tea”, a special dining event at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, has made a change to its scheduled hours. Starting this week it will take place every day except Tuesdays and Thursdays with a starting time of 9 am (previously was 10:30 am).

The “Afternoon Tea” at Disney’s Grand Floridian Garden View Tea Room has also changed its hours. It is now scheduled to occur from 12 pm to 4 pm daily (previously scheduled from 2 pm to 5 pm).

Lastly, some of the hours at the Grand Floridian’s pools have also changed. The Beach Pool and the Beach Pool Water Play Area will now operate during the hours of 10 a.m.-8 p.m. The Courtyard Pool operating hours will remain the same at 7 a.m.-11 p.m.

Fans of Disney’s D-Living located at Disney Springs Town Centre will want to make note of the fact that the shop will be going on hiatus starting end of day tomorrow (October 8, 2017.)

This is one of the shops at Disney World that is constantly evolving. Over the past few months, we’ve seen the shop carry everything from Disney-themed home decor to the latest in theme park fashions. Word on the street is that D-Living’s upcoming closure will give Disney time to work on a new theme. We here at Chip and Co. can’t wait to see what they come up with.

Disney has not released official word as of yet as to when the shop will re-open however there is speculation that this could be some time in November. In the meantime don’t miss the other amazing Disney-themed shops like the colossal World of Disney as well as Marketplace Co-op, two of our favorites when shopping for apparel and accessories.

Move over green aliens, there’s a new Mochi in town! The premiere of Star Wars: The Last Jedi is quickly approaching and it seems Star Wars themed items are popping up everywhere, in celebration. Tokyo Disney has released Stormtrooper Mochi, delicious dumpling desserts. Mochi is a Japanese rice cake made of mochigome, a short-grain japonica glutinous rice.

Yesterday we announced Dole and Disney’s Unite For A Healthy Galaxy initiative and sweepstakes, launching on October 8th with the release of Dole products, featuring your favorite Star Wars characters, in grocery stores throughout the United States and Canada. Dole and Disney hope to help parents encourage their kids to eat and live healthier, so as a part of their initiative, Dole has created an official healthy menu inspired by Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

The menu is made up of 12 character inspired lunch, dinner, snack, smoothie, and dessert recipes. Take a sneak peek at the recipes, below:

BB-8 Roundabout Sundae – Pineapple ice cream sundae inspired by BB-8.

Beepin’ Colada – Coconut and Greek yogurt jars inspired by R2-D2.

Head to your local grocery store to pick up the ingredients, then follow along with Mike in the video below, as he takes you on a step-by-step tutorial on how to bring this magical creation to life in your own kitchen.

AdvoCare Invitational Brackets Announced

Let’s shoot some hoops! ESPN Events has revealed the bracket for the 12^th annual AdvoCare Invitational which will be played Nov. 23, 24 & 26 at HP Field House at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort.

The bracket-format tournament features 12 games over three days. Teams will compete once per day, advancing with a victory. The two teams that remain undefeated will face off in the championship game on Sunday, November 26, at 9:30 pm EST on ESPN2.

The AdvoCare Invitational features 2016 NCAA Sweet 16 participant West Virginia, as well as NIT semifinalist UCF. Other participants include Long Beach State, Marist, Missouri, Nebraska, Oregon State, and St. John’s.

Oh Disney socks, what would I ever do without you? Especially these cute Disney Princess Socks! If you haven’t seen these princess socks before you’re missing out. They are some of the most adorable ones out there.

These fun Disney Princess Socks sock set features 5 princesses, Ariel, Jasmine, Snow White, Elsa and Anna. I love that these have a scalloped ruffle top to them, to add an extra fancy touch to these royal beauties. The best part about these, is that the designs are woven, not printed. That is wonderful because, you won’t have to worry about the design fading away with regular wear, perfect! Another fun thing you can also do, is mix and match them. I also think they would be a a cute little extra for Disneybounding. I think these are going to be the perfect inspiration for training for the next Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend!
