Check out these photos from the October 13^th Australian premiere of Marvel Studios’ “Thor: Ragnarok” in Gold Coast and the October 15^th special screening event in Sydney:

In Marvel Studios’ “Thor: Ragnarok,” Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok—the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization—at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela. But first he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger—the Incredible Hulk!

“Thor: Ragnarok” is directed by Taika Waititi and returns Chris Hemsworth starring as Thor and Tom Hiddleston reprising his role as Loki. They are joined by Cate Blanchett, Idris Elba, Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson and Karl Urban, with Mark Ruffalo and Anthony Hopkins.

Kevin Feige is producing with Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Thomas M. Hammel and Stan Lee serving as executive producers. Eric Pearson and Craig Kyle & Christopher L. Yost wrote the screenplay. Marvel Studios’ “Thor: Ragnarok” thunders into U.S. theaters on November 3, 2017.

Amorette’s Patisserie at Disney Springs has plenty of Halloween treats for both big and little goblins to enjoy this month. Chip and Company contributor Lisette recently dropped by Amorette’s Patisserie to give us a firsthand look at all these delectable, handmade treats.

Pumpkin Mickey, with decadent layers of chocolate chiffon cake, milk chocolate mousse and orange blossom pate de fruit, won’t be around long, so grab one while you can.

More Changes Have Been Added to Eastern Caribbean Cruise Itineraries

Disney Cruise All-Inclusive

Disney Cruise Line has added some adjustments to itineraries aboard the Disney Magic and it continuing to make adjustments to itineraries on the Disney Fantasy. Extended recovery and repair efforts are still happening in ports in the Eastern Caribbean due to the recent hurricane. Tortola and St. Thomas suffered damage, therefore, ports in the Western Caribbean are still being substituted on several cruises aboard the Disney Fantasy.

The special cruise aboard the Disney Magic that departs on Nov. 26 from New York City sailing to San Juan has also been affected. It will stop in St John’s instead of Tortola.

Disney is also giving guests additional time to arrive to the port for their Dec. 1 sailing out of San Juan on the Disney Magic due to possible flight changes. The updated all aboard time is 7:00pm. As of right now, the cruise scheduled to visit Tortola is still a go, but further adjustments may be made.

Guests should have already been notified of their new itinerary. All port adventures in Tortola and St. Thomas have been removed and guests can now reserve port adventures based on the new schedule.

Donations to the California evacuation centers have taken many different forms to aid those affected by the wildfire tragedies. Food donations and medical attention have been provided to make lives more comfortable while living out of these shelters. Disney princesses also showed up to the Napa College center on Saturday to make sure the children’s spirits stayed positive.

Over 217,000 acres have been burned across California destroying more than 5,700 structures. Although the two largest fires are about 60% contained, poor air quality has kept evacuees mostly indoors since Monday evening. This Saturday was the first time that the skies were clear enough for families to venture outside.

The children were overjoyed when Belle and Cinderella showed up to check on how they were doing. A local florist also showed up to hand out bundles of white roses to the women in the evacuation shelter. It was an extremely emotional afternoon for these evacuees who have endured so much.

'Disney Movies Anywhere' Closing After Larger 'Movies Anywhere' Launch

As we previously reported The Walt Disney Studio is partnering with Movies Anywhere, along with four other Hollywood studios, to enable consumers to manage and watch their personal digital movie collections across studios, retailers and platforms. The other studios include Sony Pictures Entertainment, Twentieth Century Fox, Universal Pictures, and Warner Bros. Entertainment. Because of this new partnership, Disney has decided to shut down it’s own digital platform “Disney Movies Anywhere”.

Disney Movies Anywhere released this statement to its clients:

We’d like to notify you that the Disney Movies Anywhere service has changed and will be closing in the near future. For a limited time, you can continue to watch your movies through our website and apps, but you can no longer add new movies to your Disney Movies Anywhere Collection.

Starting today, our members can join and transfer their movie collection to a brand new service, Movies Anywhere. With Movies Anywhere, you can re-link to your digital providers, and bring together your movies from Disney, Fox, Sony Pictures, Universal, and Warner Bros.
