Wine Bar George Pushes Back Opening Date to Spring 2018

If there’s one new addition to Disney Springs‘ culinary offerings that definitely has wine-lovers excited it the opening of a new watering hole dubbed Wine Bar George. The new establishment is the brainchild of Master Sommelier George Miliotes, who most Disney fans will remember as one of the forces behind the re-opening of the California Grill. The Wine Bar will offer more than 100 wine selections in a setting modelled after a wine maker’s home estate. Varieties on offer include both well-known and up-and-coming wines all handpicked by Miliotes himself as well as lots of shareable light bites that will pair nicely with this extensive wine list.

The original opening of Disney Springs’ premiere wine bar was slated to happen in late 2017 as evidenced by the signage located at the site.

However, the official website for Wine Bar George has changed the opening date (as seen in the top image) to 2018. Disney Spring has not released official word about the delay and as of going to print a new official opening date has not been announced.

Most girls love Belle, but Chip has always been my favorite character from Beauty and the Beast. It only makes sense that he should be made into a functional cup! This gold foil printed Chip Ceramic Mug makes me so happy!

Despite his imperfections, Chip is perfectly cute as shown in this mug featuring the Beauty and the Beast character. Detailed with beautifully printed features and gold foiling, the ceramic cup also includes the flaw that inspired his name! I think that’s my favorite part, is that they even added in the detail of his chip. Now I just need a whole collection of these for a Beauty and the Beast inspired Brunch!

Mickey shaped rice crispy treats are a delicious snack to enjoy while in the Disney parks, my family even likes to buy them wrapped up and take them home to enjoy a little extra Disney magic after our vacation has ended. The latest rice crispy design that has shown up at the Disneyland Resort, is almost too cute to eat, and is flavored to fit the holiday season. The Mickey and Minnie shaped treats are decorated with icing and sugar sprinkles to resemble gingerbread men. The Minnie Mouse treat features and adorable candy bow While Mickey’s ears are decorated to look like peppermint candies.
