Watch the Red Carpet World Premiere of ‘Ant-Man and The Wasp’ Live Tonight!

“Ant-Man and The Wasp” doesn’t land in theaters until July 6. However, you can be live at the red carpet as streaming for the world premiere will be available tonight! Fans who tune in will be able to catch glimpses from all the stars of the movie along with other special guests.

From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes “Ant-Man and The Wasp,” a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink. In the aftermath of “Captain America: Civil War,” Scott Lang grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he’s confronted by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from the past. “Ant-Man and The Wasp” is directed by Peyton Reed and stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Peña, Walton Goggins, Bobby Cannavale, Judy Greer, Tip “T.I.” Harris, David Dastmalchian, Hannah John-Kamen, Abby Ryder Fortson, Randall Park, with Michelle Pfeiffer, with Laurence Fishburne, and Michael Douglas. Kevin Feige and Stephen Broussard are producing, with Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Charles Newirth and Stan Lee serving as executive producers. Chris McKenna & Erik Sommers, Paul Rudd & Andrew Barrer & Gabriel Ferrari wrote the screenplay.

Disney Spring Parking Garage Pedestrian Walkway

The 3rd Disney Spring parking garage pedestrian walkway coming along! Located directly across Buena Vista Drive from the Lime Parking garage, this new building will provide an additional 3,000 covered parking spaces. It will include five levels, like the other Disney Springs garages.

Because of it’s location across Buena Vista Drive, an elevated pedestrian bridge is being constructed to connect it.

As previously reported, during the installation of the pedestrian bridge some traffic issues may arise on Buena Vista Drive during the evening and morning hours of June 25-26.

The entrance to Lime Garage will be closed beginning at 6 p.m. Guests parked in the Lime Garage need to exit by 11 p.m. Signage will be displayed at the garage notifying Guests of the early closure.
Eastbound Buena Vista Drive will be closed from the intersection near the Speedway gas station and Lime Garage to Hotel Plaza Boulevard from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Westbound Buena Vista Drive will be closed from Hotel Plaza Boulevard to the Lime Garage from 11 p.m.to 6 a.m.

This new parking garage is expected to open in 2019. It will utilize the same smart technology as the existing garages, which shows drivers how many open parking spots there are in each lane.

Duffy the Disney Bear is getting a new friend! Cookie, the fun loving chef puppy is joining Duffy and friends at Hong Kong Disneyland. According to the Hong Kong Main Street Gazette, she will make her debut on July 3rd. With her bright green eyes and long fluffy ears, who wouldn’t fall in love with Cookie?

These hats were an absolute hit when they debuted at Pixar Fest this year! The hats feature a fun twist on the traditional Mickey Ear hat style. The Wall-E hat features 3-D eyes, and the EVE hat has embroidered eyes. The ears are absolutely magical though! Each hat has one year that has a particle trail heart. The Wall-E hat has one ear with has half a heart with EVE, and the EVE hat has an ear that lines up with the other heart half, and Wall-E. These ears are gorgeous on their own, but also match up beautifully together too!

Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes is finishing up it’s construction phase and should be opening soon at Disneyland. It will be located across from the Catal Restaurant in the Downtown Disney District. We stopped by on our recent Disneyland visit to see the progress.

There are still a few construction walls up around the base of the building but the outside looks to be near completion.

The doors read “Future Home of Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes”. Known for it’s award-winning burgers and signature CrazyShakes, this location for Black Tap is the first in California. Black Tap also resides in Las Vegas and New York as Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer.

Their menu includes burgers such as The All American, The Texan and The Old Fashioned. You can also get one of their signature CrazyShakes if you have a sweet tooth. These are incredible!

Toy Story Land Opening

Starting this Saturday, June 30, we will be able to start experiencing a joy-filled, toy-filled world as only Disney can create at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The new Toy Story Land at Walt Disney World Resort, inspired by Pixar Animation Studios’ Toy Story films, allows guests of all ages to be “honorary toys” and immerse themselves in the whimsical world of a child’s imagination.

In Toy Story Land, Woody, Jessie, Buzz Lightyear, Slinky Dog, the Aliens, Green Army Men and other fun-loving Toy Story characters come to life in the extraordinary backyard setting of young toy-owner Andy. And what a backyard! The entire land encourages the best playtime ever. A world of toys surrounds guests: giant building blocks, Tinkertoys, yo-yos, board-game pieces, dominoes, Scrabble tiles, and even a giant roller coaster set.

Toy Story Land includes two all-new attractions and a new entrance for an enduring favorite. Guests will hop on Slinky Dog Dash for a family-friendly roller coaster ride, take a spin on Alien Swirling Saucers and go for the high score playing midway games on Toy Story Mania!

Toy Story Land also celebrates what defines entertainment for kids of all ages. Crayola crayons, a Rubik’s Cube, Cooties, and other toys and games pour on the nostalgia for park-goers – and fascinate young ones. With building blocks around every corner, there are lampposts shaped like Tinkertoys and benches built from Lincoln Logs and K’nex pieces. A balsa-wood glider, a Barrel of Monkeys, giant playing cards and jacks add to the visual tapestry of the new land.

Sheriff Woody, standing nearly 20 feet tall, welcomes all to Toy Story Land by jauntily leaning on a tall assemblage of colorful wooden blocks, tipping his wide-brimmed hat to guests while holding onto his trusty lasso.

“With set pieces, staging, attractions and experiences, Toy Story Land represents the best of Walt Disney Imagineering’s collaboration with our storytelling partners at Pixar Animation Studios,” said Bob Chapek, Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products. “This new land will place guests inside the wondrous world of Woody, Buzz and their pals – and invite everyone to experience the joy of being a toy.”

Disneyland Paris celebrated International Yoga Day

June 21st was International Yoga Day! And it wasn’t just celebrated at Disney Parks in the United States. Disneyland Paris celebrated International Yoga Day with a morning yoga class.

This was the first time Disneyland Paris had participated in International Yoga Day welcoming yoga enthusiasts, amateurs and novices alike. Their wake-up session was hosted by the famous yogi, Tara Stiles, and 7 like-minded instructors. It was in the heart of Disneyland Park that their extraordinary session took place.

“This morning yoga session, in front of the beautiful Sleeping Beauty Castle, was fantastic. We all knew we were going to have a great experience but we were blown away by the magic of the moment. Everyone who gathers together, for the sake of well-being, to connect, it was just amazing,” said Tara Stiles.

There were nearly 700 participants gathered to take part in this event.
