Terrifier Haunted House Slashes Its Way into Halloween Horror Nights 2025

Art the Clown is officially crashing the party—and he’s bringing all the blood-curdling chaos with him. Universal has just announced that the “Terrifier” haunted house will make its bone-chilling debut at Halloween Horror Nights 2025, and let’s just say… this one’s not for the squeamish.

Halloween Horror Night Creative Alums Reveal Theme for HHN

Inspired by the cult-favorite slasher franchise that first traumatized moviegoers in 2008, Terrifier will now twist its way into the fog at Universal Orlando on August 29 and Universal Studios Hollywood on September 4. That’s right, horror fans: Art the Clown is stepping out of Miles County and into the darkest corners of your nightmares—and there’s no clowning around about how gruesome this is going to get.

Welcome to Art the Clown’s Funhouse of Fear

The haunted house will plunge guests straight into the grotesque horror of Terrifier 2’s infamous Funhouse, a maze of misery filled with gore, psychological torment, and disturbingly creative kills. From the Clown Café’s twisted musical mayhem to a filthy bathroom scene that redefines disgusting, and even a merry-not-so-bright Christmas scarefest, each room is more demented than the last.

Expect to encounter key characters like Vicky and the Little Pale Girl, and brace yourself to witness some of the most iconic kills from the franchise—yes, those kills. Fans of the films will recognize Art’s signature blend of sadistic humor and ultra-violence. Newcomers? Well… you’ve been warned.

Slash Into the Event Early and Often

The Terrifier house joins a killer lineup at this year’s Halloween Horror Nights, where 10 haunted houses, scare zones, live shows, and more await across 48 select nights in Orlando (Aug 29–Nov 2) and select nights in Hollywood (Sept 4–Nov 2).

Tickets and passes are now available, including:

  • All Fear Passes like Rush of Fear, Frequent Fear, Frequent Fear Plus, and Ultimate Frequent Fear
  • Single-night admission
  • Halloween Horror Nights Express Passes
  • R.I.P. Tours and Behind the Screams Tours
  • Premium Scream Night (only on August 28)
  • Vacation packages with hotel and daytime park access

Passholders can score up to 40% off hotel stays, exclusive menu items, and event ticket discounts. And for fans looking to rep their fear, limited-edition Terrifier merch drops July 11, including a t-shirt, bag, and a new puzzle piece for the collectible HHN mural frame.

More haunted house announcements are coming soon, but this one already paints the town red—and then some.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, especially at the Disney Resort hotels! Walt Disney World is once again decking the halls (and the lobbies!) with dazzling holiday décor, shimmering trees, and those oh-so-sweet gingerbread displays we all crave each year. From November 14 through December 31, 2025, guests visiting the resorts will find festive sights, cozy atmospheres, and the nostalgic scent of cinnamon and spice wafting through the air.

If you’re the kind of guest who thinks gingerbread is the real reason for the season, then get ready to jingle all the way through the Disney Resorts Collection, where several hotels are bringing back their larger-than-life gingerbread creations in all their sugary glory. These edible works of art aren’t just Insta-worthy—they’re tradition.

Among the fan favorites expected to return? The towering gingerbread house at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, the whimsical gingerbread carousel at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, and the deliciously detailed creations found at Disney’s Contemporary Resort and BoardWalk Inn. Each resort has its own theme and flair, making a holiday hop from hotel to hotel a must-do on your Disney Christmas checklist.

And yes—gingerbread treats will be available to purchase, too! These resorts often offer exclusive snacks, from frosted gingerbread shingles to spiced cookies and hot cocoa kits, all served with a side of holiday cheer. If your idea of merry is munching on Mickey-shaped goodies while sipping something warm and wonderful, this is the place to be.

The festive fun doesn’t stop at gingerbread. Each resort will be adorned with glittering Christmas trees, wreaths, ornaments, and special themed decorations that match the unique style of each hotel. Want tropical vibes with your tinsel? Head to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Prefer a Victorian Christmas? The Grand Floridian has your sugarplum dreams covered. There’s even seaside charm to be found at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn.

Whether you’re staying onsite or just stopping in to soak up the ambiance, these hotels are a holiday destination all their own.

Planning a resort-hopping day? Here’s a merry tip: bring your camera, a big appetite, and maybe even your holiday pajamas—you’ll want to capture the coziest, most nostalgic scenes that Disney has to offer.

So whether you’re a longtime gingerbread groupie or new to the yuletide magic of Disney hotels during the holidays, 2025 promises to be one of the sweetest seasons yet.

Disney Jollywood Nights 2025 Brings the Glitz, Glam—and a $20 Price Hike

The glitziest holiday event at Walt Disney World is coming back with even more sparkle, but fans of Disney Jollywood Nights may notice something else that’s new for 2025: a bigger price tag.

Tickets for Disney Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will now cost up to $199 per person, a noticeable jump from last year’s top price of $179. That’s a $20 increase for peak nights, making this one of the highest price hikes we’ve seen for the event since its debut.

Let’s break it down: in 2024, ticket prices ranged from $159 to $179. This year, the price range starts at $159 but now stretches all the way to $199. While the full breakdown by date isn’t available just yet, history suggests the most expensive nights will be those closest to Christmas. Last year, five of the six December dates hit the top-tier pricing, so we expect a similar pattern in 2025.

Here are the official dates for Disney Jollywood Nights 2025:

  • November: 8, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29
  • December: 1, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20, 22

Also new this year, guests will be able to enter the park at 5:30 p.m., a full 30 minutes earlier than last year. The actual event runs from 7:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., giving partygoers a full five hours of festive fun.

In a recent Instagram video, Walt Disney Imagineering’s Senior Graphic Designer, Jeremy, offered insights into the creation of the new attraction poster. He explained the design process, noting how inspiration was drawn from historical designs to achieve a turn-of-the-century style that perfectly complements the existing attraction poster for “Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln.”

The newly revealed poster intricately features a classic photograph of Walt Disney, while a subtle hidden Mickey is cleverly integrated into the filigree design. A retro “Disneyland Opera House” logo prominently crowns the top of the poster, and notably, the pointing fingers near the bottom are directly inspired by Walt’s own iconic gesture.

“Walt Disney – A Magical Life” is set to captivate guests, featuring the first-ever Walt Disney Audio-Animatronic figure and incorporating the beloved “Walt Disney: One Man’s Dream” documentary. This highly anticipated experience will debut on July 17th, coinciding with Disneyland Park’s 70th anniversary, within the historic Main Street Opera House. Initially, the show will play exclusively, before later rotating with “Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln.” Adding to the excitement, a new marquee was recently installed on the opera house, and guests can also look forward to a new exhibit displaying never-before-seen art and original furniture from Walt’s apartment.

The lounge features a nearly 50-foot-wide mural depicting these soundscapes, artistic light fixtures resembling classic Disney records, and metal discs once used on a self-playing music machine that was in Walt Disney’s apartment on Main Street, U.S.A.

Beginning Thursday morning, guests who reserved club-level rooms can enjoy special benefits and amenities including breakfast, snacks and beverages throughout the day, a dedicated concierge, and bird’s-eye views of Disneyland Park fireworks on select evenings.
