New Disney Crocs Jibbitz at Disney World

Disney Crocs Jibbitz
Disney Crocs Jibbitz

New Disney Crocs Jibbitz at Disney World. I don’t understand it, but apparently, Jibbitz on Crocs is a bigger deal than even I understood. I hope you can forgive me for this but, until a few days ago, I did not even know what a Jibbitz was or how they associated with the Crocs brand. Moreover, I have become a convert to the cute charms that can be attached to the Crocs brand of shoes.

Disney has released a new Jibbitz set. Features of the set include Disney Parks icons like Cinderella castle or even the famous Mickey Bar ice cream. Also available on the same set is a Crocs Shoe itself, along with a Mickey Pretzel and a fun Fanny Pack with Mickey on the front.

You can find this new set at the World of Disney in Disney Springs. The Disney Crocs Jibbitz was also spotted at Hollywood Studios. I would think you can find them at all the parks over the coming days. Just throwing this out there. We spotted people buying multiple sets at a time, so if you see them, grab them.

This new set can be yours for $17.99. Check out our video from yesterday below.

OLAF MILKSHAKE

Olaf Marshmallows

  • 1 bag of jumbo marshmallows
  • Candy eyes
  • Zip-top bag (for piping)

  • Chocolate icing
  • Orange candy for nose (like gumdrops)
  • 1 bag large marshmallows
  • 1 bag of chocolate chips
  • Skewer
  • Black string licorice

Milkshake

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Start by cutting your jumbo size marshmallows in half (you will need two halves for each snowman). Shape the edges of one of the halves to form more of an oblong shape for Olaf’s head. Save the other half to use as the base of his body.
  • Next, fill your plastic bag with chocolate icing and cut a small hole in one corner to use as a piping bag. Use the icing to attach candy eyes and to create eyebrows and a smiling mouth. Grab your orange gumdrops and a pair of scissors and cut into small triangles for his nose. While you have your scissors out, cut a small rectangle from one of your marshmallow scraps for a tooth. Attach nose and tooth using chocolate icing.
  • Next, grab the other half of your jumbo marshmallow and large marshmallow to build Olaf’s body. Using your chocolate icing, attach three chocolate chips as buttons. Once icing has dried (about 5 minutes) assemble Olaf on your skewer, starting with the larger body marshmallow and finishing with his head on top.
Olaf milkshake
  • Lastly, cut three 1″ pieces from your licorice string and score one edge to create frayed hair and three fingers. Poke arms into the smaller body marshmallow and hair into the top of Olaf’s head.
  • For the Olaf milkshake: Start by blending milk and ice cream in blender until creamy (about 1 minute). Before pouring into glasses, rim the edges in vanilla icing using a blunt butter knife and sprinkle with sugar to give an icy appearance.
  • Place a few drops of blue food coloring into the glasses to add a pop of color. Once the glasses are filled, top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
  • Finish off by adding your Olaf marshmallow creation.

Enjoy!

Mears Connect (Magical Express Replacement) is open for booking

Earlier this year Disney announced that it would be doing away with the Disney Magical Express service starting January 1, 2022. Mears then announced it would provide a service to guests staying at the Walt Disney World Resort and now that service is available to book. Mears Connect will take guests from the Orlando airport to their Disney World hotel starting in 2022.

Related – New Update on Magical Express replacement Mears Connect

Disney’s Magical Express is a complimentary transportation service that takes guests from the Orlando airport to their onsite Walt Disney World Resort hotel. The service has always been “complimentary” but the price is just worked into Disney World’s packages. That service will be ending starting January 1, 2022. All packages booked for arrivals January 1, 2022 and onward will not have the option to add Magical Express.

Mears Connect (Magical Express Replacement) is open for booking

Mears is another transportation company that offers different services for guests in the Orlando area. Now, the company will be offering Mears Connect, a service for guests staying at the Walt Disney World Resort.

There are two options when using Mears Connect: Standard and Premium. Standard is a shared service in larger vehicles (most likely buses) with monitored wait times. Premium is a direct service with a limited wait time.

Related – Disney’s Magical Express will no longer mail reservation confirmations

The Standard service is $32 per adult and $27 per child for round trip. For one-way service, it is $16 per adult and $13.50 per child. The premium service is $200 for groups of one to four guests and increases by $55 for each additional guest for groups of 5 or more. So a family of 5 would pay $255 for the premium service while a family of 4 would pay $200.
