Magical Disney Dynamic Duos Necklaces by Baublebar Are Here!
If you’re the kind of Disney fan who believes everything is better with a sidekick, BaubleBar’s new Dynamic Duos collection is about to become your newest obsession. These necklaces aren’t just jewelry; they’re tiny, wearable tributes to the bonds that make Disney movies so magical. Retailing for $48 each at BaubleBar.com, they strike that perfect balance between treat yourself and the ultimate gift for my bestie.
First up, let’s talk about the Lady & the Tramp Dynamic Duo Charm Necklace. This one is a total nostalgia trip. It recreates the legendary spaghetti dinner scene with charms of Lady, the Tramp, and a tiny plate of pasta. The genius part? The gold chain is spaced out between the charms to actually mimic a strand of spaghetti connecting the two pups. It’s sweet, classic, and a great conversation starter for your next Italian dinner date.
For those who prefer a bit of mischief, the Chip ‘N Dale Dynamic Duo Lariat Necklace is a must-have. This lariat style is super trendy right now, but BaubleBar added a playful twist. You’ve got Dale soaring from one side of the chain, while Chip is just hanging out from the very end of the lariat tail. It perfectly captures that chaotic energy these two brothers are known for, and the vertical drop of the lariat makes it look great with a simple tee or a v-neck.
Finally, for the Experiment 626 fans, there’s the Lilo & Stitch Dynamic Duo Lariat Necklace. This one actually features the galaxy’s cutest couple: Stitch and Angel. Like the Chip ‘N Dale version, this uses the lariat silhouette to tell a story. You’ll find Stitch hanging upside down, classic Stitch behavior, on one side, with Angel dangling elegantly from the bottom. It’s a subtle, sparkly way to show off your love for Ohana without going over the top.
These pieces are perfect to add a touch of Disney magic to your style!
Disney Store Japan Urupocha Chan Sakura Plushies Just Landed at Disney Springs!
If you’ve been looking for an excuse to add more cuteness to your desk or shelves, consider this your official sign. The Urupocha-Chan Sakura Plush collection has officially landed in North America, bringing that signature Disney Store Japan aesthetic right to our doorstep. These little palm-sized cuties are all about the Sakura vibes, featuring dreamy pastel colors and delicate blossom appliqués that make them look like they just floated down from a cherry tree.
For the Winnie the Pooh fans, the whole Hundred Acre Wood crew is here and looking softer than ever. You’ve got Poohlooking his usual chubby little cubby self, Piglet looking precious and timid, and even Eeyore getting a floral makeover, though we’re sure he’s still just as gloomy as ever under all that pink! And of course, Tigger is joining the party, trading in his bold orange for some sweet, bouncy pastels.
If you’re looking to add a little cosmic flair or some Parisian elegance to your collection, Stitch and Marie are the absolute stars of this lineup. Our favorite chaotic alien, Stitch, has traveled all the way from the planet Turo to trade his signature blue for a much softer, out-of-this-world pastel look. He’s still got that mischievous charm, but the cherry blossom appliqués make him look surprisingly zen, at least for now!
Meanwhile, Marie is proving that she’s every bit the Aristokitten we know and love. Coming straight from her home in Paris (via Disney Store Japan, of course), she is decked out in the prettiest pink bows and floral details. She’s a tiny, palm-sized darling that’s basically impossible not to cuddle.
You can find them right now online at the Disney Store for $16.99 or, if you’re local to the parks, head over to Disney Springs to grab them in person. Just a heads-up, with how cute these are, they probably won’t stay on the shelves for long!

Possible Attraction Lineup Revealed for Upcoming Villains Land
The Magic Kingdom’s proposed land dedicated to iconic Disney villains is getting a fresh rethink after the success of Universal’s Epic Universe. A detailed report from TheWrap’s Drew Taylor has offered new insight into the creative direction of the project, following earlier reports that the original plans had been scrapped in favor of “bolder, bigger ideas.”
While Disney has not released new information since the initial D23 announcement in August 2024, Taylor’s sources suggest that Imagineers were notified before the new year of a major pivot in strategy.
According to Taylor, the creative benchmark for Villains Land has shifted significantly. Originally, the land was reportedly modeled after the darker vibes of Dark Universe (Universal’s Monsters-themed area). However, the new target is the Isle of Berk from How to Train Your Dragon.
The shift isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about business. The Isle of Berk won a 2026 Thea Award for Outstanding Achievement and has been praised for being expansive, immersive, and crucially, family-friendly. Disney is looking to replicate the high per-capita spending seen at Epic Universe by creating a land that encourages longer stays and appeals to all ages.
The most exciting revelations in the report involve the specific rides and experiences planned for the land.
1. The “Emperor’s New Groove” Coaster
The original concept of a massive Maleficent-themed coaster has reportedly been shelved. In its place, Disney is planning a family-friendly coaster themed to The Emperor’s New Groove.
The Vibe: Similar to Slinky Dog Dash at Hollywood Studios.
The Highlight: A “pull the lever” moment inspired by the movie, where Kronk sends riders on a wild, unexpected detour through Yzma’s secret lab.
The Strategy: A lower height requirement increases capacity and ensures the ride is accessible to more guests.
2. The Maleficent Mega-Ride
The land’s “anchor” attraction is expected to be an indoor water-based dark ride themed to Maleficent.
The Tech: Rumored to use a ride system similar to Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure in Shanghai Disneyland.
The Scope: Disney is aiming for the scale of Rise of the Resistance or Radiator Springs Racers.
The Reasoning: By making this an indoor “E-Ticket” attraction, Disney can protect it from Florida’s weather, ensuring it remains a reliable candidate for Lightning Lane Single Pass pricing ($11–$35 surcharges).
3. Ursula’s Spinner
A third, unannounced attraction is reportedly in the works: a carnival-style flat ride, likely a spinner themed to Ursula from The Little Mermaid. This would add much-needed capacity to the land and provide a “kinetic” energy to the environment.
Dining and Entertainment: Dinner with Hades
The report suggests that a previously planned restaurant themed to Madam Medusa has been replaced. Instead, Hades will reportedly oversee a dinner show similar to the Diamond Horseshoe Revue, featuring Pain, Panic, and a rotating cast of other villains.
Timeline and The “D’Amaro Factor”
The redesign is expected to push the project’s timeline back by about a year. With several construction projects currently active across Walt Disney World, Villains Land is now estimated to open no earlier than 2029.
The stakes for this project couldn’t be higher. With Disney’s parks division accounting for 71% of the company’s operating profit, and Josh D’Amaro positioned as the next Disney CEO, Villains Land is being viewed as his “legacy” project.
What’s Next: Updated plans are expected to be presented to the Disney board in the coming weeks, with a potential grand reveal of the revamped land at D23 in Anaheim later this year.

Disney and Starlight Bring a Princess Celebration to AdventHealth for Children
A little tower of sunshine arrived at AdventHealth for Children this week as Disney teamed up with Starlight Children’s Foundation to host a royal celebration for young patients. The surprise guest? None other than Rapunzel, who traded her tower for hospital hallways and filled the day with lanterns, laughter, and plenty of heart.
The event was part of a long running partnership between Disney and Starlight that brings Disney themed Starlight Hospital Gowns, toy deliveries, and character visits to children facing serious medical challenges. Patients were gifted princess inspired hospital gowns designed to help kids feel brave and empowered during treatment. From decorating lanterns to sharing stories about Pascal, Maximus, and Flynn, Rapunzel helped transform ordinary treatment rooms into something that felt straight out of a fairytale.
One particularly touching moment came from four-year-old Azalea Marbury, who is currently undergoing treatment for B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Her family is part of the Starlight Families community, and her parents will soon run for Team Starlight during the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend at Walt Disney World. For them, this celebration was a beautiful full circle reminder that even in difficult seasons, joy still finds a way to bloom.
For 25 years, Disney and Starlight have worked together to bring comfort and imagination into hospitals across the country. At AdventHealth for Children, that mission came to life in the simplest and most powerful way possible, by letting kids be kids. In a place focused on healing, Rapunzel’s visit proved that courage can wear a hospital gown, hope can glow like a lantern, and sometimes the best medicine is a little magic.
First Look at Jurassic World and SpongeBob Rides Coming to Universal Kids Resort
Universal just dropped a brand new concept video for its upcoming kid focused theme park, and let’s just say… it is dino-sized and pineapple-flavored. The second episode of the Universal Kids Resort mini series gives us our first real look at attractions coming to Jurassic World Adventure Camp and Nickelodeon’s SpongeBob SquarePants Bikini Bottom at the new park in Texas.
Inside Jurassic World Adventure Camp, little explorers will be able to spin, soar, and search for dinos of their own. Mr. DNA’s Double Helix Spin will be a Flying Wheels attraction inspired by the animated DNA strand from the original Jurassic Park film, with gondolas twisting around a central tower. Pteranodrop will feature two smaller drop towers perfect for younger thrill seekers, set against the iconic Jurassic World archway with a towering T. rex looming in the background.
The concept video also showed Jurassic World: Cretaceous Coaster in action for the first time. On this family coaster, guests will help search for Bumpy, the lovable Ankylosaurus from the animated series. There will also be Paddock Play, where kids can meet and interact with baby Velociraptors, including the adorable puppet that has appeared in other Universal parks.
Over in Bikini Bottom, things get delightfully nautical. Jellyfish Fields Jamboree will be an aerial carousel style ride where guests board Jelly Anglers and go jelly fishing alongside SpongeBob. Barnacle Bus will bring a Rockin Tug style experience, with an orange Bikini Bottom bus sliding and spinning across a half pipe style track.
Bobbing Barrels will add splashy fun with spinning vehicles and water cannons featuring Patrick, while Pineapple Paradise will serve as a water play area centered around SpongeBob’s famous pineapple house. Not shown yet are Mrs. Puff’s Boating School and Mussel Beach, which are still under wraps for now.
The new park, officially called Universal Kids Resort, is set to open this year in Frisco, Texas and will be Universal’s first theme park designed specifically for younger guests. Future mini series episodes will preview lands themed to Shrek, Puss in Boots, Minions, and Trolls.
New Episode of ‘Imagineer That!’ Goes Wild at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
If you have ever watched a giraffe stroll by on safari and thought, “Wait… how exactly does this work?” Disney just handed you a backstage pass. A brand new episode of “Imagineer That!” has dropped, and this time Tom Morrow 2.0 is heading straight into the savanna to answer one very specific, very big question.
The latest installment of “Imagineer That!” on the Walt Disney Imagineering YouTube channel follows Tom Morrow 2.0 as he ventures into Kilimanjaro Safaris at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park to tackle a question we have all secretly wondered: how do you keep the lions away from the rhinos?
The answer is part science, part storytelling, and fully Imagineering. While it may look like one wide open savanna, the habitats are carefully designed with natural barriers like rock formations and hidden moats. These features create safe boundaries without breaking the illusion of animals roaming freely together. On top of that, enrichment areas and treat stations gently guide animals toward specific spots, giving them space to relax while keeping the safari adventure seamless for guests.
It is a clever blend of wildlife care and immersive design, and this episode does a fantastic job showing how the magic is built from the ground up. For aspiring Imagineers, or anyone who just loves a good behind the scenes peek, this series continues to deliver bite sized doses of park magic with a side of real world engineering.
