Mickey Gingerbread Cookie at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is a Delicious Holiday Treat

There’s a great holiday treat currently available at Hollywood Studios!

If you enjoy gingerbread cookies as much as we do, then you’ll want to visit Trolley Car Café for their Mickey Mouse Gingerbread Cookie!

Personally, I love baking gingerbread cookies each Christmas season. I knew I wanted to try this item when I saw it appear at Trolley Car Café. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was soft cookie with a delicious aroma.

The menu item costs $5.49 plus tax.

Margot Robbie Female Led Installment of Pirates of the Caribbean Cancelled

Actress Margot Robbie claims the female-led ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ movie has been scrapped at Disney.

After five movies with Captain Jack Sparrow, Disney was finding a way to continue the franchise anew with the Pirates of the Caribbean series. It was announced back in 2020 that a new continuity of movies in the world of Pirates would go on with Margot Robbie as the new lead. But those plans have been canceled.

“We had an idea and we were developing it for a while, ages ago, to have more of a female-led — not totally female-led, but just a different kind of story — which we thought would’ve been really cool, but I guess they don’t want to do it,” Robbie tells Vanity Fair in a new cover story.

Margot Robbie Female Led Installment of Pirates of the Caribbean Cancelled

Screenwriter Christina Hodson, who worked on Birds of Prey, was set to write the new Pirates of Caribbean movie. The idea wasn’t to do a formal spin-off but rather a separate origin story with new characters. This would’ve been completely different than the long-in-development reboot of the franchise that was first reported back in 2019.

It would have followed titles including The Curse of the Black Pearl, Dead Man’s Chest, At World’s End, On Stranger Tides and Dead Men Tell No Tales which together grossed more than $4.5B worldwide between 2003 and 2017, coming in as one of history’s highest-grossing film series.

Representatives for Disney’s film studio did not immediately respond to requests for comment in regards to Margot Robbie’s statement.

In the meantime, many Disney fans ponder what the future holds for the movie franchise.

Christmas Decorations are Up Now in Epcot

Some of the Christmas Decorations have arrived in Epcot overnight last night. Many of the countries around the World Showcase and even Creations Shop now have their Christmas Decorations out.

While the Entrance to Epcot still has Epcot Food & Wine Decorations we noticed the Christmas Decorations starting at Point of Entry Shops in the World Showcase. We expect the HUGE Christmas Tree will be out sometime this week too.

We didn’t notice anything in the Canada Pavilion but the UK and France Pavilion were decorated for Christmas with garland, wreaths, and more.

It’s time to Bring the Merry as Epcot’s Creations Shop is now decorated for Christmas!

Following Disney Springs last week Creations Shop in Epcot has its Holiday Decorations up for guests.

We are less than 2 weeks away from the start of the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. This fan-favorite seasonal event is inspired by cultures near and far starts on November 25th through December 30th, 2022!

Mickey & Friends Appear in new Holiday Outfits at Disneyland for 2022

The holidays have returned to the Disneyland Resort and some of our favorite characters are appearing in new holiday outfits! Mickey and his friends have new outfits just for the festive season and we are loving them.

To celebrate the 2022-2023 holiday season in style, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck and Goofy don their holiday finest and newest fashion at Disneyland Park. These festive new looks reflect this year’s warm, vintage-inspired holiday celebration. In classic red and green, their holiday attire is designed in wintry textures and patterns such as velvet, chenille, herringbone and plaid, and accented with gold for a touch of sparkle.

Mickey is wearing green pants, a new red sweater with a white “M”, a green scarf, and a Santa hat. Minnie is dressed in an extravagant green velvet dress with a red plaid overcoat. She is also wearing a bow that matches her coat and both have white puffs.

Donald is keeping warm in a red sweater with green gloves, a scarf, and a hat. Daisy’s dress is just as spectacular as Minnie’s but hers is green velvet with red plaid trim. She is also wearing a red plaid hat with a white puff. Goofy is wearing a red long-sleeve shirt and green pants with gold suspenders. He also has on a gold scarf and a winter hat with ear flaps.

Chip and Dale Appearing in their Holiday Outfits at Hollywood Studios

Guests visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios this holiday season can see Chip and Dale appearing in their holiday outfits!

The mischievous chipmunks can be seen in planters outside Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway. Dale was acting pretty silly with Chip before being reminded that Santa was always watching and he needed to be good.

Chip was wearing a red hat and green scarf while Dale wore a green hat and red scarf. Each also had some jingle bells in their hand.

The Holiday Cocoa Flight has returned to Disney’s Hollywood Studios! This hot cocoa isn’t your mom’s hot chocolate. The three hot cocoas are definitely adult beverages.

This trio is creamy, chocolatey, and delicious. Each one is hot cocoa mixed with a different alcohol. One with Stoli Vanil Vodka, one with Red Stag Cherry Whiskey, and the third with Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur.

New Holiday Magic Shots at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Guests visiting Walt Disney World can take advantage of fun Magic Shots in their photos. Now, there are new holiday Magic Shots at Disney’s Hollywood Studios along with the other Walt Disney World theme parks!

The holiday Magic Shots add magical characters and holiday items to your photos. You could have Chip & Dale in their holiday outfits with you, mistletoe over your head, or be added to Santa’s Naughty and Nice list.

You can also be put into a snow globe, have Tinker Bell land on your hand, or blow magical snowflakes off your hands. These Magic Shots are just another way to add some fun holiday pixie dust to your Disney memories!
