When life gives you waffles, you’d better hope they’re Mickey waffles! Marketplace Snacks knew this when they created a new menu, featuring Mickey and the gang. Each bubble waffle is themed after one of the fab five, with soft-serve ice cream in the middle, and cute and tasty toppings.

We tried a couple of the new waffles, and of course, the Mickey Cookie Waffle Sundae had to be one of them. Right away, I noticed the bubbles were shaped like Mickey’s head, which made this snack even more fun! Wrapped in a paper cone, with extra waffle bits stuffed into the bottom to stop any leaks, the waffle is filled with soft-serve vanilla ice cream. With hot fudge, chocolate sandwich cookie crumbles, crispy pearls, a red chocolate bow, Pocky cookie sticks, and two Oreo cookies to make the ears, this waffle is packed!

This dessert is both refreshing and filling. The ice cream melts fast in the heat, but even if you finish the ice cream quickly, you can take your time with that delicious waffle. I’ve found some bubble waffles to be dry, but this one is not, I enjoyed it even on its own. But all the chocolatey toppings make it even better!
