If you want to treat yourself or surprise someone else, all you have to do is follow this recipe from Disney Family and have fun baking this colorful and fun Mickey waffle cake:
MICKEY WAFFLE CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 box of white cake mix + ingredients required
- Food coloring
- Mickey waffle maker
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, maple or chocolate syrup and sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Make batter according to the cake mix instructions.
- Divide batter evenly into 4 to 5 bowls, depending on the number of waffles you want and how tall you want your waffle cake to be.
- Add several drops of food coloring to each bowl of batter.
- Turn on your Mickey waffle maker.
- Pour batter into the center of the Mickey Mouse shape and follow the cooking instructions for your waffle maker.
- Let waffle cool.
- Assemble your waffle cake by adding whipped cream in between each layer, if desired. Drizzle with your favorite topping. Add sprinkles!
