Monster Teeth Theming Added to Monstropolis Quick-Service Restaurant at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
The screams are getting sharper at Disney’s Hollywood Studios as new theming details have been added to the future Monstropolis quick-service restaurant. Thanks to new photos from bioreconstruct, we now have another look at construction progress in the area, including details that appear to resemble monster teeth along the building’s exterior.

The toothy new elements can be seen across part of the restaurant facade, tucked beneath the scaffolding as crews continue work on the Monsters, Inc.-inspired land. While much of the building remains covered by construction materials and equipment, these jagged details give us a fun little peek at the playful monster style starting to creep into the project. It is not quite ready to roar just yet, but the personality is definitely starting to show.

The future quick-service location is part of the larger Monstropolis area currently taking shape at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The land will bring the world of Monsters, Inc. to life, including the highly anticipated new coaster that will let guests step into the monster world in a whole new way. Nearby construction has already shown major progress on the land’s structures, and this latest update suggests Disney Imagineers are beginning to layer in more of the themed details that will help sell the story.

For now, scaffolding still surrounds much of the restaurant building, and Disney has not yet shared full details on the menu, name, or opening timeline for the dining location. Still, these new monster-tooth details are an exciting sign that Monstropolis is slowly transforming from steel and concrete into something a little more scream-worthy.
We will be keeping our eye on the doors, the teeth, and whatever other monster touches pop up next.
