Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic Uncorks Its 2026 Menu
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is preparing to pour on the flavor this fall, and the newly revealed 2026 menu gives foodies plenty to sip, sample, and savor. The popular outdoor festival returns to the resort’s scenic causeway on Friday, November 20, and Saturday, November 21, from 5 to 9 p.m. each evening. Now entering its 17th year, the event combines unlimited culinary tastings and more than 170 beverage selections with live entertainment, educational seminars, and fireworks.

This year’s menu brings together dishes from several Swan and Dolphin restaurants, including Todd English’s bluezoo, Il Mulino, Amare, Rosa Mexicano, Kimonos, The Fountain, and Bourbon Steak by celebrity chef Michael Mina. Returning themed areas include the Beer Garden, Chinatown, For the Love of Florida, and the Bubble Lounge, giving guests plenty of opportunities to wine down while eating their way around the causeway.
Among the Friday offerings are Il Mulino’s lasagna made with house-made pasta, eggplant, pomodoro, béchamel, roasted mushrooms, and caper crumbles, along with slow-cooked Berkshire pork belly from Smokin D’s. The pork belly is served with a hickory-smoked cane sugar cloud, carrot ginger puree, chai apricot glaze, and crunchy garlic.

Several dishes will be served both nights, including oyster espuma from Todd English’s bluezoo with Gruyère panna cotta, a champagne sphere, crispy parmesan, and tobiko caviar. Bourbon Steak will serve slow-braised Wagyu beef short rib with celery root espuma and shallot marmalade, while Rosa Mexicano will offer tacos de cochinita pibil featuring achiote-marinated pork, fresh corn tortillas, pickled cabbage, onions, and cilantro.
Saturday’s menu adds Amare’s watermelon feta salad with sumac onions, grilled halloumi, mint, and red wine vinaigrette. Guests can also look for blackened cedar plank grouper with coconut rice and chili-mango-pineapple pico de gallo, an American Wagyu mini smash burger, and cured salmon with blue crab from Kimonos. Returning favorites include Rosa Mexicano’s chips and salsa bar and Chinatown’s vegan Shu Mein with Shanghai noodles, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo, and broth.

Causeway event tickets are currently listed at $234.90 per person, with parking not included. The rain-or-shine event may be moved indoors during inclement weather.
