It’s Official! Oscar Isaac Has Been Cast as Moon Knight by Marvel Studios. This week, Marvel Entertainment shared a teasing glance at the dream board for Marvel Studios’ new Disney+ Original Series Moon Knight with an interesting cameo, Oscar Isaac! The photo is the first official confirmation from the studios, with several crew members having already spilled the beans earlier this year.

Marvel shared the photo via twitter, along with the caption: “WE ARE MOONKNIGHT” – Oscar Isaac #MoonKnight“
Not much is known about the series at this time, but Marvel Studios President Kevin Feigeshared, “It’s been a while since we’ve had an action hero who jumps out of buildings and gets into fights.” Feige also elaborated and hints that the series will add some grit to the MCU and confirmed the series will explore Marc Spector’s mental illness.

Moon Knight is reportedly set to begin filming this year, with a premiere set to take place in 2022 exclusively on Disney+.
