How Disney helps guests cope with being indoors at Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser? We have heard from some fans of Star Wars who would like to board the Halcyon and enjoy the 2 night 3 day fully immersive experience, but are really worried about being “Stuck” indoors for that long. Let us try and explain why this should not be an issue for anyone.
Firstly, you are not “stuck” in any way. You are free to come and go as you please. Disney does recommend staying onboard and enjoying all the Starcruise has to offer. Including an Acclimation room. The acclimation room, also known as the Force room, will be used prior to your excursion to Batuu. It is an outdoor feature with rock gardens and wall gardens with plants from across the galaxy.
Secondly, we did ask about smoking or vaping. We were told and saw with our own eyes that in the front of the actual entrance to SWGS is a smoking section that you may venture outside to use whenever the urge takes you. Or if you just need to see the sky and sun, you may go out the front doors anytime. The view outside is spectacular. You can see the images below of the front of SWGS.
