Epcot’s new entrance fountain is set to open “by the end of the year” and today we are getting a closer look at it! Imagineer Zach Riddley shared some photos of the new fountain on his Instagram today.

Along with the photos, Riddley’s caption read:
“EPCOT’s classic geometry and materials – stone, acrylic, metal, water and shadow – continue to inspire our designers as we put the final touches on our main entrance plaza.”

His caption speaks to the design elements that the fountain will bring, in addition to the kinetic energy of water rushing down the geometric raised forms of the fountain’s base.

He also mentions putting the “final touches” on the entrance plaza. Maybe we could see the plaza and fountain finally revealed in the next few days!
