Disney has just released the full menu for Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood, the latest restaurant to be coming to the new Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
The rooftop 1930’s inspired space will focus on savory dishes and small plates inspired by the flavors of Spain. Signature featured menu items include; Spanish olive oil braised octopus, hand-cut Spanish chuleton for two (32 oz. ribeye), and Crema Catalana for dessert.

Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood will open on July 9, 2019, the same day as the grand opening of the Gran Destino Tower. Reservations can be made now online at disneyworld.com for dinners nightly, from 5 pm – 10 pm.
This will be a great place to view nightly fireworks from nearby Epcot. I can’t wait to try out some of these delicious options on my next visit!
