The 3:00pm Festival of Fantasy Parade moves to 2:00pm temporarily. Yes, the 3 o’clock parade will soon become the 2 o’clock parade – but not forever!
Beginning on Friday, August 17th the Festival of Fantasy parade at Magic Kingdom park will begin at 2:oopm. This change will continue thought he season of hard ticket events (Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party) at the Magic Kingdom. The parade will return to its original 3:00pm slot on Tuesday, January 1, 2019.
Also worth noting, there is no Festival of Fantasy Parade scheduled for December 22nd through December 31st. Magic Kingdom park guests typically get to enjoy a special run of the Christmas parade on those days!
The Festival of Fantasy Parade pays homage to the unbridled magic and vivid pageantry of Fantasyland and its many inhabitants. This parade is a thrilling sight-and-sound spectacular that winds its way through the streets of Magic Kingdom park each afternoon – just a tad earlier in the upcoming months!
Guests will enjoy a Garden of Princesses, our adventure-loving Flynn Rider and Rapunzel, our under-the-sea friends Ariel and others, the gang from the beloved film Peter Pan, the Bravest princess of them all – Merida, a fire-breathing Maleficent and of course Mickey and Minnie!
So make note of the new time – because you won’t want to miss this dazzling parade as it makes its way through Magic Kingdom park starting at 2:00pm later this month!
