Disney Villains TV Series In Development For Disney+ Streaming Service

Disney’s Disney+ streaming service is set to launch this year, and with it, exciting new Disney content.  Most of the programming will include the Walt Disney Companies franchises like Star Wars and Marvel.  But, a new program seems to be in the works exclusively for the service, and it is starring the characters everyone loves to hate – Disney Villains!

Production Weekly reported that Steve Pearlman and Michael Seitzman were developing Disney Villains for the service.  Production will begin in early 2020 at Ardmore Studios in Dublin, Ireland.  See the announcement below:

No additional details are known at this time, but the inclusion of the Disney Villains in their own show has lots of fans excited!

Disney recently announced that the entire Disney films library would be available on the streaming service.  In addition to all of that, new shows are in development around Loki, from the Avengers, High School Musical, an all-new Muppet Show, a High Fidelity remake, AND live-action remakes of Lady and the Tramp and The Sword and the Stone!
