Halloween and Christmas Celebrations are returning to Disney Cruise Line in 2024
Get ready to embark on a magical journey with Disney Cruise Line in the fall and winter of 2024. Halloween on the High Seas and Very Merrytime Cruises are returning, offering families the perfect blend of holiday festivities and Disney magic. Bookings for these enchanting cruises will open to the public on June 26, 2023. However, Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club will have the chance to secure their spots earlier with extended early booking windows based on the Castaway Club tier. Here are the dates for each group:

- Platinum Castaway Club Members, Golden Oak, and Club 33 Members: Tuesday, June 20, 2023
- Gold Castaway Club Members: Wednesday, June 21, 2023

Halloween on the High Seas
Halloween on the High Seas will be a highlight of the fall season, running from mid-September through October 2024. Guests on select cruises across the fleet will be immersed in the spooky fun of Halloween. Families can dress up in their costumes and join Disney characters for a hauntingly good time. Dance the night away at a thrilling celebration on the upper decks, indulge in delicious themed food and beverages, and marvel at the ghostly ship takeover complete with elaborate decorations and a magical Pumpkin Tree.
If you depart from Port Canaveral, Florida, you can hop aboard the Disney Wish for three- and four-night Bahamian voyages filled with frightful fun. The Disney Fantasy will also offer these special-themed cruises, with trip lengths varying from four, six, and seven nights. Depending on the duration, you’ll have the chance to explore The Bahamas or venture to fan-favorite destinations throughout The Bahamas and the Caribbean.
For those setting sail from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the Disney Magic will take you on three- to five-night vacations to tropical destinations in The Bahamas and the Caribbean. Some sailings on both the Disney Magic and Disney Fantasy will provide an opportunity to experience Disney Cruise Line’s newest destination in The Bahamas, Lighthouse Point. Located on the island of Eleuthera, this vibrant beach retreat celebrates Bahamian culture and offers exceptional quality and service synonymous with Disney vacations.
Very Merrytime Cruises
As the winter holidays approach, Very Merrytime Cruises will transform the Disney Cruise Line fleet into a wonderland of holiday cheer and entertainment. From mid-November through December 2024, you’ll experience joyful holiday decorations, beloved characters donning their festive attire, themed activities, and deck celebrations brimming with holiday spirit.
To make the most of the holiday season, Disney Cruise Line offers departures from two home ports in Florida and select cruises from Galveston, Texas. Short holiday getaways are available from both home ports in Florida. The Disney Wish sets sail from Port Canaveral for three- and four-night Bahamian Very Merrytime voyages, while the Disney Dream departs from Fort Lauderdale for four- and five-night cruises to The Bahamas and Caribbean. The Disney Fantasy will offer a variety of four-night Very Merrytime sailings to The Bahamas, along with longer six- and seven-night itineraries in November and December. Some voyages on the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy will even include a day at Disney Cruise Line’s newest destination, Lighthouse Point, with its beautiful white sand beaches.
If you prefer to depart from Galveston, the Disney Magic is ready to whisk you away on cheerful cruises ranging from four to six nights. Celebrate the holiday season together as you visit tropical ports of call throughout the Caribbean.

The Disney Wonder will sail from Vancouver, Canada, to Honolulu, Hawaii, with stops at the stunning islands of Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii before reaching Oahu. From there, the Disney Wonder will embark on a transpacific voyage to Sydney, Australia, taking families on an extraordinary journey through the South Pacific. You’ll have the opportunity to visit bucket-list destinations like Fiji, American Samoa, and New Caledonia.
Afterward, Disney Cruise Line will continue its second season of vacations from Australia and New Zealand, making the magic of Disney easily accessible for local families in the region.
