Disney’s Coronado Springs has a wonderful vacation atmosphere, combining Spanish, Mexican, and Southwest American styles to create an environment unlike any other. The pools feature a 50-foot replica of a Mayan pyramid, while the lobby is enhanced with rows of Moorish hanging lanterns and muted lighting. The Spanish-inspired restaurant, Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood, is not to be missed! Even if charcutería and cheeses paired with a fine Spanish wine are not your taste, the rooftop views alone make this dining experience worthwhile.
