Painting has begun on DVC Billboard in Walt Disney World. Sometimes Disney’s timing could not be worse. For example, last month when the Tower of Terror billboard was removed, and the news came out that the entrance sign near 535 will be coming down also, Disney also decided to cover the DVC Van Billboard on E. Buena Vista Blvd. Which led to some speculation about if this billboard was also being removed.

It is not, just bad timing by Disney. Of course, there was probably a no good time to do this. We can now report that the Sign will be power washed, and then repainted. The power washing machine can be seen on the right-hand side of the above image.

This is another beloved sign that guests look forward to seeing when they are driving around the Walt Disney World property. With a larger-than-life Goofy driving a van, and Pluto hanging out the back window.
