As if the experience on the Galactic Starcruiser at Walt Disney World wasn’t already immersive enough, Image Designs will soon be upping the ante with personalized makeovers! Cast Members were the first to try out this new feature that will be available to guests starting May 2nd.

Should you choose to voyage on Star Wars’ Galactic Starcruiser, you can become a character all your own, and live out your Star Wars story. You will soon have the option to transform your image with an array of face-painted designs. These galactic makeovers are inspired by characters and species from across the galaxy, but each one is personalized.

Voyages officially began in March 2022, and guests have continued to provide extremely positive feedback. But the most prevalent comment? The crew and their impact are the best part. Disney Central cast members are a vital part of that team as they expertly help guests book galactic travel. They know and love the Halcyon starcruiser experience as much as anyone, and attempt to share their enthusiasm with each guest. These are some of the cast members who were among the first to try Image Design transformations before they become available to guests.
One Cast Member, named Nick, a self-described Star Wars fan, shared his thoughts on the event: “Getting to experience this with my cast member family is really amazing, and I can’t wait to tell our guests about this. It just takes the immersion to a whole new level!” (Disney)
