Halloween Horror Nights 35 Food Booth Menus Arrive at Universal Studios Florida
Halloween Horror Nights 35 is almost ready to open the gates, and Universal Studios Florida is beginning to look a whole lot tastier. During our latest visit to the park, menus were being installed across many of the specialty food and beverage booths that will serve guests when HHN 35 officially kicks off on August 28.

The food lineup has become nearly as much a part of Halloween Horror Nights as the fog itself, and this year’s menu mixes dishes inspired by Stranger Things 5, Hellraiser, Sinners, Evil Dead Burn, Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness, Jack and Oddfellow’s Infernal Carnival of Nightmares, and plenty of original HHN creations. Universal had previously previewed a selection of this year’s featured dishes and drinks, but the newly installed menus give us a much better look at what will actually be served around the park.

Here is a look at the HHN 35 food and beverage locations around Universal Studios Florida and everything we know is being served at each one. A few locations were still being finished during our visit, including the Ozzy Osbourne bar behind Lombard’s, which was fully decorated but did not yet have its menu installed.

- Sinners Booth, near the New York/San Francisco area: The Sinners-inspired menu brings the Smokestack Twins’ juke joint out of the house and onto the midway. Annie’s Juke Joint Catfish & Grits features crispy catfish with Low Country grits, crunchy garlic, and a side of Tabasco. Chow’s Southern BBQ Eggrolls are filled with BBQ pulled pork and cabbage, while the Pecan & Whiskey Bread Pudding is served warm with pecan and whiskey caramel sauce. The featured cocktail is the Slide Guitar Smash, made with corn whiskey, lemon juice, ginger syrup, simple syrup, and mint essence. Draft selections include All Hail the Pumpkin Lord and Sullivan’s Maltings Red Ale.
- Hellraiser Booth, World Expo near Springfield: Pinhead is apparently running the kitchen this year, and the results are appropriately unsettling. Pinhead’s Skin & Meatballs combines torn pasta with spicy pork and beef chunks in marinara. Skin & Chips Nachos are crispy pork rinds topped with Tostitos cheese sauce and Jack Link’s peppered jerky. Dessert comes in the form of the Pleasure & Pain Brain, a brain custard surrounded by ripped-teeth and skin-shaped vanilla cake pieces with strawberry sauce. Cenobite’s Kiss rounds out the menu with Cuervo Tradicional blanco tequila, lemon juice, lime juice, huckleberry syrup, and Liquid Heat bitters.
- Stranger Things 5 Booth, World Expo: Hawkins is getting its own snack stop again this year, with plenty of Upside Down inspiration worked into the menu. El’s Battery Jerky is creamy mac and cheese with garlic bread and battery-shaped jerky pieces for $16.99. Steve’s Smuggled Peanut Butter Bites are chocolate-covered peanut butter snacks for $9.99. Upside Down Chicken & Waffles features a cheese and potato waffle topped with crispy chicken bites, sriracha aioli, and chopped chives for $12.99. Hopper’s Recharger combines 360 Vodka Mandarin Orange, yuzu juice, Powerade Lemon Lime, and Monster Energy Zero Ultra. Canned Carnival Sour Ale, Oddfellow’s Elixir, and Maniac Mix are also available here.
- Meetz Meats, Lagoon Bridge: One of HHN’s wonderfully questionable meat suppliers is back in business. Bloody Bones are smoked and charred BBQ ribs topped with crispy jalapeño bits for $12.99. The Torn to Shreds Pork Sandwich features BBQ smoked and shredded pork shoulder with jalapeño slaw on a pretzel roll for $12.99. Meetz’ Bloody Limeade combines Bloody Shiraz gin, Misguided Spirits gin, lime juice, and simple syrup. The booth also serves Maniac Mix, Oddfellow’s Elixir, Canned Carnival Sour Ale, Modelo Especial, High Noon, Michelob Ultra, Stone beer, Coca-Cola products, and bottled water.
- Oddfellow’s Menagerie / Feeding Schedule, Gramercy Park: The carnival’s feeding schedule includes the Deathbringer Tempura Shrimp, a crispy shrimp tempura roll with sriracha mayo and eel sauce for $12.99. The Burnt Sando is crispy brioche stuffed with pastry cream and topped with a burnt sugar crust. Phantom Punch is the featured drink, mixing New Amsterdam vodka, 360 Vodka Sorrento Lemon, DeKuyper Triple Sec, lime, orange and cranberry juices, dragon fruit syrup, and simple syrup. Maniac Mix, Oddfellow’s Elixir, Canned Carnival Sour Ale, Modelo, High Noon, Michelob Ultra, and Stone are also available.
- Jack’s Circus Surplus / Menu & Manifest, Gramercy Park: This booth serves the Carn”Evil” Smash Tacos, smashed cheeseburger tacos topped with American cheese, shredded lettuce, pickles, secret sauce, and toasted sesame seeds. The featured cocktail is Circus Peanut 4-Ever, made with Chica Chida, Cuervo Tradicional blanco tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, and Fee Brothers black walnut bitters. Maniac Mix, Oddfellow’s Elixir, and Canned Carnival Sour Ale are also listed on the menu.
- Devilish Delights, Gramercy Park: Fried Pickles are served as breaded pickle spears with sriracha aioli, while Twisted Tater Chips return as crunchy spiralized potato chips with ranch and vinegar seasoning. Beverage options include Maniac Mix, Oddfellow’s Elixir, Canned Carnival Sour Ale, and the usual assortment of beer, canned cocktails, soft drinks, and water.
- Eats ‘N Treats, Gramercy Park: The Death by Cheese Stick is exactly the kind of wonderfully excessive HHN snack we want to see, featuring a giant hand-breaded mozzarella cheese stick served with spicy marinara sauce. The Jack & Odd Dog takes things even further with a Nathan’s all-beef footlong hot dog topped with peppers, onions, Tostitos cheese sauce, and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, all stuffed into a purple Oddfellow ube bun. Drinks include Oddfellow’s Elixir, Maniac Mix, and Canned Carnival Sour Ale.
- Funny Fare, Sting Alley: The Twisted Philly combines a Philly steak stromboli with spicy Italian sausage, peppers, onions, and cheese sauce. Fried PB&J Bites feature battered strawberry peanut butter and jelly bites dusted with powdered sugar and served with strawberry jam. Phantom Punch is available here alongside Maniac Mix, Oddfellow’s Elixir, Canned Carnival Sour Ale, Modelo, Michelob Ultra, High Noon, Stone beer, and soft drinks. Guests looking for something without alcohol can also grab Lucky Ticket Lemonade, made with Minute Maid Lemonade and raspberry jam.
- Fritos Walking Taco Booth near the former Animal Actors area: The classic walking taco is getting an HHN makeover. The Fritos Walking Taco features picadillo beef with Tostitos cheese sauce, lettuce, and sour cream served in a Fritos bag. A vegan version substitutes vegan chili, Daiya shredded cheese, lettuce, and vegan sour cream. Both are priced at $14.99. Nearby beverage offerings include Eddie’s Revenge, made with Old Forester Bourbon, DeKuyper Blue Curaçao, blackberry syrup, and lemonade; Howling Storm, featuring Bacardi Superior rum, Myers’s dark rum, passion fruit syrup, and lemonade; and Phantom Punch. Premium cocktails, draft beer, Maniac Mix, Oddfellow’s Elixir, Canned Carnival Sour Ale, Freakshow Wine, and additional beer selections are also available.
- Evil Dead Burn Kiosk, San Francisco: Universal has announced two offerings inspired by Evil Dead Burn. Lasagna Burn is a dumpling-style dish finished with chili oil, while Frostbite is a bright blue specialty drink garnished with gummy fangs. The kiosk was still being prepared as HHN setup continued around San Francisco.
- Club Horror, San Francisco: Club Horror returns as one of the event’s major beverage stops. Caramel Apple Splash Punch combines Bacardi Superior rum, Granny Smith apple syrup, caramel syrup, and lemonade, with both alcoholic and mocktail versions available. Phantom Punch also appears here alongside premium cocktails featuring the guest’s choice of Tito’s vodka, Captain Morgan rum, Bacardi rum, Patrón tequila, Jack Daniel’s whiskey, Crown Royal whisky, or St. Augustine gin. Maniac Mix, Oddfellow’s Elixir, Canned Carnival Sour Ale, Freakshow Wine, Modelo, Michelob Ultra, High Noon, Stone, Coca-Cola products, and water round out the menu.
- Specialty Beverage Booths around the park: Several additional drink kiosks have received individual specialty menus. Pineapple Tilt-A-Whirl combines Bacardi Superior rum, cupcake syrup, coconut milk, and Fanta Pineapple, while Orange Bumper Car Blast mixes New Amsterdam vodka, vanilla cream syrup, coconut milk, and Fanta Orange. Both are available as 20-ounce souvenir drinks for $19, 12-ounce servings for $15, 20-ounce refills for $15, or $10 mocktails. Phantom Punch appears at several of these locations alongside premium cocktails, Maniac Mix, Oddfellow’s Elixir, Canned Carnival Sour Ale, Freakshow Wine, beer, soft drinks, and water.
- Beverage Bar near Nightmare Fuel: The drink menu includes Phantom Punch and premium cocktails, along with draft Clown Town Cider and All Hail the Pumpkin Lord. Maniac Mix, Oddfellow’s Elixir, Canned Carnival Sour Ale, Freakshow Wine, Modelo, Michelob Ultra, High Noon, Stone, Coca-Cola products, and bottled water are also available.
- Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness Bar, behind Lombard’s Seafood Grille: The bar itself was installed and looking appropriately metal during our visit, complete with Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness graphics, bats, and a massive Prince of Darkness centerpiece. However, this was one of the notable locations where a menu had not yet been installed while we were in the park. Universal has already previewed two Ozzy-inspired offerings expected here: Black Rain and The Prince of Darkness Cake. Black Rain is a dark layered specialty beverage topped with foam and bat-shaped garnishes, while The Prince of Darkness Cake is an appropriately black dessert topped with chocolate and a bat decoration.

Universal has previewed several HHN 35 dishes ahead of the menu installation. Birria Pizza Fries pile birria beef, cheese, onions, and cilantro over HHN’s familiar Pizza Fries concept. Meat Grinder Red Velvet turns red velvet cake, raspberry jam, and puffed rice into a deliberately gruesome meat-grinder presentation, while the Rigatoni Ritual Pie loads a pizza with rigatoni, cheese, sausage, and pesto. A Vegan Pizza Skull has also been reported among the expected offerings, and the traditional Pizza Fries are expected to return at DreamWorks Imagination Cafe. Exact final locations and menu details for some of these items were still being finalized as Universal continued installing its HHN food signage around the park.

With menus finally appearing, the food side of Halloween Horror Nights 35 is quickly coming into focus. There is a lot to choose from this year, but the Hellraiser menu, the Sinners lineup, Birria Pizza Fries, and the truly ridiculous Jack & Odd Dog are already near the top of our opening-night hit list. Halloween Horror Nights 35 begins August 28 and runs select nights through November 1 at Universal Studios Florida, with Premium Scream Night taking place August 27.
