Fast & Furious Celebrates 25 Years With New Merchandise, Global Activations and Theme Park Experiences
The Fast & Furious franchise is hitting a major milestone, and Universal is putting the pedal down for the celebration. Universal Pictures’ high-octane saga is marking 25 years with a global consumer products and retail program packed with new collectibles, apparel, immersive experiences, and theme park merchandise inspired by some of the franchise’s most iconic cars and characters.

Leading the anniversary lineup is a wave of new collectibles from Jada Toys, Mattel, and LEGO. Jada Toys is releasing a Special Finish Series of premium die-cast vehicles in 1:24 and 1:32 scale, along with a new Walmart-exclusive Small Blocks collection featuring exaggerated versions of recognizable cars from the films. A new 1:18 scale Brian O’Conner Nissan Skyline GT-R resin model is also on the way.
Mattel is expanding its Hot Wheels Premium Fast & Furious collection with additional fan-favorite vehicles, while the Hot Wheels Legends Tour will feature Fast & Furious replica cars and branded displays at select stops. LEGO is also joining the family with new Speed Champions and Technic sets based on the Toyota Supra MK4, Mitsubishi Eclipse, and Dominic Toretto’s Dodge Charger R/T.

Theme park fans will also get in on the anniversary action. Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort are introducing a new collection of Fast & Furious apparel and accessories throughout the destinations. The celebration will continue with Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift, opening at Universal Studios Hollywood this year before making its way to Universal Orlando Resort next year. Attraction-inspired merchandise is also planned as the new coaster experiences roll out.

The anniversary stretches well beyond the parks, with additional promotions and retail activations planned around the world. In the United States, Mobil 1 is launching a national sweepstakes offering the chance to visit Universal Studios Hollywood and experience Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift, while new apparel will be available through retailers including BoxLunch, Her Universe, Old Navy, and Walmart. China will host a 16-stop car tour with Mattel, Japan will welcome a nationwide 25th anniversary pop-up with Don Quixote, and activations are also planned throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.

The road ahead is not slowing down either. Universal is already building toward Fast Forever, scheduled for 2028, along with a new live-action Fast & Furious series for Peacock. After 25 years of street races, impossible stunts, and enough talk about family to fill a garage, the franchise is clearly keeping its foot firmly on the gas.
