Susan Dubiel Named New Vice President of Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Disney’s Hollywood Studios has a new leader, with Susan Dubiel stepping into the role of Vice President after more than 21 years with The Walt Disney Company.

Dubiel has worked across several areas of Disney, including Transportation Operations, Textile Services, Labor Forecasting & Planning, Industrial Engineering, and Park Operations. Most recently, she served as General Manager of Park Operations at Magic Kingdom.
Jackie Swisher, who previously held the Vice President role at Hollywood Studios, is also moving into a new position as Vice President of Park Operations, Development & Industrial Engineering. The changes are part of a larger leadership shuffle that also includes new General Managers of Park Operations at Magic Kingdom and EPCOT.
