MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals House Announced for Halloween Horror Nights 35
Things are about to get wild at Halloween Horror Nights 2026. Universal Orlando has officially announced another original haunted house for this year’s event, and it sounds like guests may want to avoid feeding time.

The newly revealed house, MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals, takes visitors into the ruins of a once-thriving zoo that has become home to rival cannibal factions. According to Universal, the survivors have embraced their animal instincts to terrifying extremes, creating a brutal battleground where territory is everything and unsuspecting guests are firmly on the menu.
Universal’s description paints a grim picture: “They’re territorial. They’re hungry. And you’re lunch.”
MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals becomes the third original haunted house announced for Halloween Horror Nights 2026. It joins H.R. Bloodengutz Presents: A Halloween Fright-Tacular!, which marks the return of the legendary horror host, and Jack & Oddfellow: Chaos & Control, bringing together two of Halloween Horror Nights’ most iconic original characters.
The announcement also expands the growing lineup of houses already revealed for this year’s event. On the intellectual property side, guests will step into the Upside Down one final time in Stranger Things 5: The Final Chapter, while the hit horror film Sinners will also receive its own haunted house experience.

With three original houses and two IP houses now confirmed, the battle lines are beginning to form for what could be one of the most diverse Halloween Horror Nights lineups in recent years. Original concept fans have plenty to sink their teeth into, while horror movie and television fans have major franchises represented as well.
Halloween Horror Nights 2026 runs on select nights from August 28 through November 1 at Universal Studios Florida. Tickets and vacation packages are already on sale, with additional haunted houses, scare zones, live entertainment, and event details expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
