Inside the Stunningly Reimagined Saratoga Springs Treehouse Villas

Disney’s Saratoga Springs is home to some of the most unique accommodations at Disney World. The beloved Treehouse Villas, tucked away along the quiet woodlands of the Sassagoula River, have long been a favorite escape for Disney Vacation Club members and guests craving space, privacy, and a rustic sanctuary away from the theme park crowds.

Now, these iconic, elevated three-bedroom hideaways are getting a massive upgrade! Over the next few months, Disney will begin debuting completely reimagined Treehouse Villas, and we have an exclusive first look at the stunning transformation inside.

The newly refreshed design draws its inspiration from New England–style craftsmanship and the timeless elegance of the Arts and Crafts movement. This aesthetic beautifully bridges the playful, organic vibe of the treehouses with the traditional, upscale charm found throughout the rest of Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort.

Inside the villas, guests will find a rich new color palette anchored by beautiful natural finishes like wood and stone. The result is an inviting, contemporary retreat that feels completely harmonized with the lush forest canopy just outside the windows.

While the style has evolved, the spaciousness and functional layouts that families love remain. Each Treehouse Villa comfortably sleeps up to nine guests and is packed with convenient, home-away-from-home amenities, including:

• A fully equipped kitchen with all-new finishes, fixtures, and appliances
• Comfortable living and dining areas featuring brand-new furniture
• An in-room washer and dryer
• A spacious, private outdoor deck perfect for relaxing together surrounded by nature

True to form, Disney storytelling is woven directly into the fabrics of the redesign. The Arts and Crafts theme is accented by subtle, organic details in the textiles—including throw pillows and lampshades adorned with botanicals and animal motifs inspired by classic Disney characters.

If you keep your eyes peeled during your stay, you can spot more than a dozen nature scenes and beloved woodland friends from Disney Animation films and shorts. Timeless stories like The Fox and the Hound and Sleeping Beauty are brought to life through gorgeous new wall murals and fine art paintings. You can even find familiar friends from Cinderella beautifully carved right into the furnishings and tucked high into the overhead architecture!
