STK Steakhouse at Disney Springs is Getting a Rooftop Upgrade!
Big changes are underway at STK Steakhouse in Disney Springs! If you’ve ever dined at this stylish, high-energy chophouse, you may have enjoyed the stunning rooftop terrace overlooking the waters of The Springs. But during a recent visit, we spotted major construction progress, suggesting that the terrace is getting an exciting upgrade.
A New Look for the Rooftop Terrace
It appears that STK is enclosing the rooftop terrace, with framing for walls installed and rafters installed for a new roof. Based on the current framing, it appears the concept may allow an open-air look during warm weather, with the area being able to be enclosed during inclement weather or extreme temps.
While the open-air ambiance and waterfront views were a major draw, this upgrade will allow the space to be used rain or shine. Guests will now have more shade and protection from the Florida sun, making it a more comfortable dining option year-round.
There’s no official word yet on when the project will be completed, but once finished, this renovation should enhance the overall dining experience while maintaining STK’s signature sleek and upscale atmosphere.
