On Saturday, January 1st, SNL re-aired the 2010 episode hosted by Betty White in honor of her memory. The choice to feature the episode came after the iconic film and television actress Betty White passed away from natural causes in her Los Angeles home on December 31, 2021.

When the episode originally aired in 2010, Betty White became the oldest person to host SNL. The episode featured cast members Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Molly Shannon, Maya Rudolph, Ana Gasteyer, and Rachel Dratch, with Jay-Z as the show’s musical guest for the evening.
