First look at Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser' Captain Keevan

At the recent Destination D23 event, Disney gave a first look at some of the characters coming to the new Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. One of those characters is the captain of the Halcyon (the starcruiser ship), Captain Keevan. Entertainment Weekly has provided a first look at the captain.

Disney describes Captain Riyola Keevan as charismatic, respected and trustworthy. She leads each voyage aboard the Halcyon starcruiser. She is a strong and decisive leader, endearing herself to both her crew and her passengers by being fair to all and cool under pressure – a skill she’s learned from her … “adventurous” history. You’ll likely find the captain on the ship’s bridge – and you’d be wise to listen carefully and follow her instructions.

“We’ll learn a lot more about her and her role in some pretty iconic moments in ‘Star Wars’ history,” Walt Disney Imagineer Scott Trowbridge told Entertainment Weekly. He also added that she runs the ship with “capability and professionalism second to none” and that “there may be more to her than meets the eye.”
