Work on TRON Lightcycle Run at Magic Kingdom has been ongoing for over a year now. Today, some ride vehicles were spotted on their way to the park.

The Coaster Crew shared the following photos on Twitter:
The post reads:
“Guardians (or possibly Tron) trains sighted at the TTC Tram Overpass Bridge. Things are getting real!”
Others commented on the post and shared that the vehicles have to be for Tron since the Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind vehicles have been onsite for some time now.

The four ride vehicles were wrapped in plastic to keep them safe (and hidden) during transportation. You can still see the distinctive shape of the Lightcycle vehicle though.
The new TRON attraction was originally supposed to open for Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary but the opening date continues to be pushed back. We still don’t have an opening date but our fingers are crossed for some time in 2022!
