Somehow, a day at the Magic KingdomMagic Kingdom just isn’t complete until you’ve seen the Kiss Goodnight. This feels especially true at Christmastime! However, we haven’t been seeing too many fireworks at Walt Disney World since their closures earlier this year. Even as they resume operations, some experiences still haven’t been green-lit yet. That’s why we can be thankful for virtual experiences! Whether you’ll be in Orlando this holiday season or not, you can partake in one of the most beautiful celebrations of the year.
Disney has presented us with a special virtual edition of the “Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks” spectacle. The show is a classic from Christmasses past, featuring Minnie Mouse as the hostess with the mostest. Fireworks erupt above Cinderella’s Castle, set to holiday favorites such as “Deck the Halls” and “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.”
The ”Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks” can be viewed online, or if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can watch them on the television in your room! Just turn to Channel 74 on any night during your stay at 6:30, 8:30, or 10:30 PM to see the spectacular. EPCOT’s International Festival of Holidays’ “Candlelight Processional” is also available for viewing at 5, 7, and 9 PM.
