New Disney Dining Experience: Trattoria al Forno at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort

Next year there will be a new dining experience to Walt Disney World Resort when Trattoria al Forno opens at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort.

It is technically Opening late in 2014. The restaurant will have Italian cuisine with authentic ingredients and recipes from Italy’s various regions. This new spot will showcase Old World techniques, included handcrafted mozzarella made daily, a variety of Neopolitan-style pizzas baked in wood-burning ovens, and other classic favorites such as risotto, baked lasagna, chicken Parmigiana with tagliatelle pasta and more. They will also have an extensive wine list with more than 60 offerings by the bottle and more than 25 wines by the glass. We can’t forget about desserts like, tiramisu and gelatos round out the menu. Trattoria al Forno will be located on Crescent Lake near Epcot in the heart of property.

Sounds so yummy!
