Disney Cruise Line Reportedly Considering WWE-Themed Experience
Disney Cruise Line and WWE could be stepping into the ring together for a new themed experience at sea. According to Wrestle Votes Radio, WWE is reportedly considering a future collaboration with Disney Cruise Line as the relationship between WWE and The Walt Disney Company continues to grow. No specific cruise, ship, sailing date, or experience has been announced, and Disney and WWE have not confirmed that a project is officially moving forward.

The report comes just days after TKO Group Holdings President and COO Mark Shapiro revealed that WWE and Disney are developing “special events” aimed at bringing their family audiences together in 2027. Details surrounding those events remain under wraps, but a Disney Cruise Line experience would certainly fit within the expanding partnership. There is also speculation that WWE Superstars could appear in Disney+ programming during the coming year.
Disney and WWE already have a major business relationship through ESPN. A five-year media rights agreement makes ESPN the exclusive U.S. home of WWE’s biggest Premium Live Events, including WrestleMania, SummerSlam, Royal Rumble, Survivor Series, and Money in the Bank. The deal is reportedly worth approximately $1.6 billion, with ESPN paying WWE an average of $325 million per year.

Exactly what a WWE-themed Disney Cruise Line experience could look like remains anyone’s guess. Character appearances, meet-and-greets, live entertainment, themed activities, or even a special sailing could all be possibilities, but for now, none of those concepts have been confirmed.
