Disney Cruise Line has released an update to their temporary departure suspension. In an abundance of caution, Disney Cruise Line will now be suspending all new departures through and including April 12.
Disney Cruise Line will offer guests sailing on these cruises the choice of a 125% cruise credit to be used for a future sailing within 15 months of their original sail date, or a full refund. If guests select a future cruise credit and are not able to use it, they will be eligible for a refund up to the amount they paid in full. Standard prevailing rates will apply for future cruises.
Sailings Departing from Canada
On Friday, March 13, 2020, the Canadian government announced they will not allow any ship with more than 500 passengers to dock in any Canadian port from now until July 1, at the earliest. The Disney Wonder has sailings that are scheduled to embark and/or debark in Vancouver beginning April 29. Disney Cruise Line is currently evaluating various options and has not made changes to any itineraries. Once a decision is made, Disney Cruise Line will reach out to guests booked on these sailings.
Given the short notice, if you are booked on the Saturday, March 14, 2020 departures on the Disney Magic and Disney Fantasy, you will have the choice of a 150% cruise credit to be used for a future sailing within 15 months of your original sail date, or a full refund. If you select a future cruise credit and are not able to use it, you will be eligible for a refund up to the amount you paid in full. Standard prevailing rates will apply for future cruises.
