The cafe will be located just inside the gates of Universal Studios across from the Universal Studios Store. It is in the perfect location to grab a bite as you enter the park or on your way out. The menu will focus on fresh seasonal selections. Al Roker, the beloved co-host has shared recipes that will inspire some of the menu items. Breakfast items including avocado toast and an organic acai bowl will be a great start to the day. Lunch includes a selection of sandwiches and salads such as a classic Italian sandwich and Asian-inspired chicken salad. These lighter fare dishes will be perfect for those hot days when visitors don’t want anything heavy weighing them down.
While the menu is seasonal, everyday selections will be available and include locally roasted coffees, in-house baked pastries and wine and beer on tap. So whether you grab and go or sit on the replica of the plaza and take a break, the TODAY cafe sounds like a great place to stop for a bite.
