Have you been wondering where to find the latest foodie adventure at Walt Disney World? Donut worry, a new booth has just opened up at the 2019 Epcot Food and Wine Festival! It’s the Donut Box, here to satisfy all your donut needs.
Officially open as of October 1st and situated over by Test Track and Cool Wash (otherwise known as the place you get your Coca-Cola slushy), the Donut Box really concentrates on delivering what it promises in the name. Not only can you order both sweet and savory donuts, but also beverages that have a donut addition!
None of the options are a typical, perhaps boring, choice you’d find at the corner donut shop: the savory donuts are sweet corn fritters, served with pepper jelly, while the sweet donut holes are strawberry dusted. Don’t let the term ”donut holes” throw you either, because these guys are a good size and probably not something you could eat in a single bite. But they do have that traditional sugary donut taste! Yummy!
If you’d like a little something to sip on with your donut, you can choose between a strawberry smoothie that is garnished with a donut hole, or the alcoholic Black and White Coffee Cocktail, which comes with an entire yeast donut that’s covered with chocolate espresso bean crumbles.
