There’s a wonderful new seasonal food item available at EPCOT for the 2020 International Festival of the Holidays! It’s the Sweet Potato Casserole Funnel Cake. That’s certainly unique for a funnel cake! We found this treat to be quite delightful. It’s a fun spin on a traditional Christmas food.
The Sweet Potato Casserole Funnel Cake is made with marshmallow topping, cinnamon-sugar, honey roasted pecans, and a caramel drizzle.
