Epcot reopened Wednesday and with it the start of this years Food and Wine Festival. This years festival started early and is a mash-up of Flower and Garden Festival since it was cut short. One of the new treats we found was this Street Corn Funnel Cake.

This isn’t your ordinary funnel cake. The Street Corn Funnel Cake is savory. It’s a funnel cake topped with Roasted Corn, Cotija Cheese, Cilantro and Cumin Crema and dusted with Paprika. It’s definitely more filling than an average snack. The paprika was light so it didn’t have a huge kick to it. The street corn was really good.

You can find this new funnel cake at the American Pavilion at the funnel cake stand. It cost $9.00 sales tax included. It was definitely different and the name threw me off at first but it worked and was pretty good.

We can’t wait to revisit this year’s Food and Wine Festival at Epcot and try out some more goodies.
