‘Star Wars’ Fan Proposes in Front of the Millennium Falcon in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Fans of Star Wars showed up in full force for a special meet up in Disneyland inside the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge portion of the park. One fan in particular took full advantage of the moment while the meet-up group was taking photos in front of the Millennium Falcon with hundreds of lightsabers pointed to the sky.

Lana and her boyfriend, now fiancé, Glen are major Star Wars fans and attended the meet up together. Lana had more on her mind than just the meet-up. She chose this moment to propose to her partner of 4 years and ask for Glen’s hand in marriage.

Lana shared with the Disneyland Insiders, “MY boyfriend is a HUGE fan of Star Wars, we came around that corner, and he stopped. And as soon as Glen saw the Millennium Falcon He just started getting teary eye’d, and I’m like “Oh, this is where it’s going to happen. It’s gonna happen here!””

The moment was truly perfect and we are so glad Glen said “Yes!” We can’t think of a more magical way for major fans to share this special moment together. They will be sure to cherish this for the rest fo their lives together.
