‘Sister Act 3’ Starring Whoopi Goldberg is Coming to Disney+. During The Walt Disney Company Investor Day 2020 we learned about dozens of confirmed and new titles coming to Disney, Pixar, Lucasfilm, Marvel Studios, Disney+, National Geographic and more. One such new title is a third ‘Sister Act’ film set to premiere exclusively on Disney+.

Whoopi Goldberg will reprise her role as Deloris Wilson for the film and will act as producer alongside Tyler Perry. The premiere date for the sequel is yet to be determined. During the TWDC Investor Day 2020 event, Disney shared:

“Sister Act 3, the third film in the beloved “Sister Act” series, is in development. Whoopi Goldberg is on board to star and produce, with Tyler Perry also signed on as a producer on the project. Sister Act 3 will premiere on Disney+.”
