Ryan Reynolds Launches New Mint Mobile+ Streaming Service Feature One Movie. Anyone who knows anything about the internet and/or films knows that Ryan Reynolds has built his career as being “the funny guy” and that he loves to troll his friends and fans. Well it seems the refreshingly new Mint Mobile owner has even more jokes up his sleeve that anyone could have predicted. This week, Ryan Reynolds shared that his tech company, Mint Mobile, would be jumping into the streaming pool and launched “Mint Mobile+” to compete against the growing streaming market including: Disney+, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Apple TV+, but with one caveat. The service only streams one movie.
Reynolds shared the news via Twitter with the caption, “Every tech company needs a streaming service. So… introducing Mint Mobile+. The world’s most affordable streaming service!” He also shared a trailer for his Hollywood debut film, Foolproof which also happens to be the only film available for streaming on the new streaming service.
Ryan added a tweet to the original post stating, “Two minutes after launch and our crack data team has already determined Mint Mobile + should probably be shut down by the weekend. We’ll go back to focusing on premium wireless…”
